Beachfront holiday rentals in Holmes Beach

We LOVED our stay at One Shell Cove, and hope to be back! You couldn't ask for a more beautiful location or view. The kitchen was so well-appointed that we chose to buy fresh shrimp and grouper and eat outside while listening to the waves crash. The entire condo was spotless, and the king bed was comfortable. We used the beach chairs provided and swam in the perfect Gulf waters. The condo is walking distance from a Circle K and several restaurants. Although it's on a public beach, the area was quiet and peaceful and we were not disturbed. I would highly recommend this condo and its wonderful Host!

This was my family’s first time visiting AMI and we could not have picked a better home to stay at for the week. We were blown away by how beautiful the interior and exterior of the house was and were so happy with the new pool that was put in. We spent most of our trip in the backyard swimming and looking for manatees in the bay—we didn’t feel like we needed to leave the place! We were in a great location being just a few streets over from Pine Ave, but still being on the quieter side of the Island. The host was very helpful and responsive as well. We were so glad we chose Duncan and would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anita and Randy's place in Holmes Beach, they were both very responsive to any questions and requests. We felt like we were in our home away from home. Our 2 bedroom unit had a northern cottage feel, with an island vibe and a pool added in! The proximity to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants on the island, makes this a perfect vacation spot. In addition I would like to give a shout out of thanks to all those that put AMI back together after last falls hurricanes. I know there is still work to do, but you have done an amazing job to date, in the time you have had! Thanks, Tim Fast

Kevin’s place looked just like the pictures and we enjoyed our stay here. He was very responsive with any questions that we had and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. The space was available early on check-in day, which he was very kind to let us know we could enjoy an extra couple hours at his place.

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

I've been to this house more than once and will definitely go back again. the cleaning person was so nice that she put in our groceries that we had delivered and even organized them. they're always quick to respond. very nice people! pictures are true and better in person

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

Very quaint little town. We brought the bikes and were able to bike everywhere. Very peaceful with minimal crowds. Hit the spot on the get away we wanted. Thanks!

Absolutely loved our stay at Nick & Jay’s. The place was clean, calm, and peaceful — a perfect spot to unwind. Just a 1-2 minute walk to the beach made it super convenient for morning swims and sunset strolls. The hosts were friendly and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay on AMI! The house looks brand new inside, it’s an easy walk down to the beach, having a pool was a huge bonus! The house and yard are very clean and organised, everything we needed was on site including a grille, and beach chairs. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! This was our 5th trip to AMI and this was our favorite rental yet. Beautiful, clean home, gorgeous pool, minutes from the beach! My mom even walked to the beach in about 10 minutes. Right around the corner from ice cream, shops and rentals. We’d love to stay at this house again!

This was our 2nd time booking with Jennifer. She is such a great host. AMI is as magical as ever. We enjoyed walking to the beach every morning and coming back to the pool in the afternoon. So many wonderful restaurants and shops all accessible by trolley—just a short walk from the condo. We love this island so much and Jennifer’s condo is the perfect location to take it all in.

What a wonderful stay we had here in Anna Maria! The condo was well located on the island and just a short golf cart away from shops and restaurants. We could hear, see, and feel the ocean and sea breeze from the Condo porch. The pool is large and warm. The beach is beautiful and you can walk as long as you want to along the ocean. The unit was clean, well stocked etc. Really my only wish was that the check in process was just through digital combo. We had to stop by a rental office to get an envelope and it seemed a little unnecessary. Not a huge deal, but it kept our concierge from being able to stock our unit ahead of us in the end. If we had just been sent the instructions and combo code ( which was written on the envelope and easily could have been messaged digitally) it would have shamed us some hassle. That didn't spoil our trip though! We loved it. We definitely would rent this unit again. Thank you so much!

We have stayed at a different Airbnb 4 years running now. This was by far the best! We can't express how clean this unit is. Better than advertised. The views were amazing with the beach right across the street. No washing linens and towels before you leave. Prompt response to any questions or concerns. Ashley rocks! Planning on coming back. We had a fantastic time at Michael and Denzil’s place! This was our second time in AMI. We stayed for a week with 6 adults and a toddler and had more than enough space for everyone to have their own room and not feel like we were on top of each other either. The home is very comfortable, clean, and has lots of natural light. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and that we were walking distance to the beach (which wasn’t very busy, it felt private). We loved the pool and backing on to the lagoon too - we did a little fishing and went for a swim everyday. We really appreciated getting a 1:00 PM check in as we were coming in from the airport with a toddler due for a nap! We would 100% book with Michael and Denzil again, we love AMI! Thank you so much!

Our stay was perfect! Easy check in and parking was steps away from the entrance. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed! It has an elevator or steps. No crowded pool, a tennis court and right down the walkway to the beautiful beach! The storage had a wagon and beach chairs umbrellas and floats. Not to mention a fully stocked kitchen for cooking at home. We had breakfast on the patio right outside of the living room. Michael was a kind and an excellent host that promptly responded to any questions I had. The location was great and very clean and peaceful. We felt right at home. We definitely will be back to stay again!

3 couples Spent 9 days of pure relaxation in this charming beach home with the best homey beach vibes and decor. The home is bright and Sunny with a private backyard that looks straight through the garage port to the beautiful ocean waters right from the pool when the garage door is open. The whole front of the house has a beautiful view. Great for sitting out on the deck and people watching . We could even see dolphins out there swimming from the house. All kinds of thoughtful personal touches and amenities were taken into consideration when thinking of guests and their vacation needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again in the future. We felt right at home.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is just like in the pictures and had everything we needed and more! Best part is that it is literally a 5 min walk to the beach! Each room has a bathroom which was super helpful while staying with two little ones. The house was spacious, clean and neat. We spent a lot of our time outdoors enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. It was a dream! The host was super responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. If you are looking for an amazing family getaway look no further. We will definitely come back!

Eileen's home and Gail's hosting exceeded our expectations! Perfect location, just across the street from the beach path on a quiet street in my favorite A.M.I. neighborhood and beach area. The charming home has been freshly updated with lots of natural light, beautiful terrazzo floors, well-stocked kitchen and supplies, and is pristinely maintained throughout. There are generous, well-appointed amenities and thoughtful, welcome gifts which add special touches throughout the home. The several inviting indoor and outdoor living areas are spacious and nicely furnished with comfortable seating. The beds are also comfortable with high quality pillows and bedding. The bath and beach towels are plush and plentiful. Nice bikes and beach chairs are also available for one's use. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee outside watching the birds visit the birdfeeder. Considering the many years that we have visited A.M.I., Eileen's place is the most welcoming and just steps from the beach!!

Amanda was the ideal host, lighting quick responses and so helpful. The place was just as described in the listing and very clean. The pool was so nice and relaxing. We are already thinking about our next stay at Pineapple Paradise!

The one issue with this rental was the cleaning and service fees. Upon checking out they asked for guests to clean up, meaning taking out the trash and empty the trash throughout the house, which was partially why am I going through the house and cleaning up when I’ve paid a hefty amount for cleaning fees. When we cleaned with the broom, we found left over food crumbles and pills (medication). Overall tho, a great experience.
