I'm a small cabin located in a wonderful setting with other houses on gravel roads. My owners put their hearts and souls into my creation. I have 2 BR's & BR's, great room, kitchen, W/D, 2 porches, patio and a fire pit. Located 2.5 miles from Saluda, NC - a delightful small WNC town. I'm up the hill from a small private lake *as of summer '24 - lake temporarily drained for long term repairs*. NO WI-FI, weak cell. Guest pass for lake property provided. NO PETS or SMOKING - strict policy.

The Darlin' Say is a lakefront cabin with a large deck on the shores of Lake Sheila. Only 10 minutes away from the charming town of Saluda, NC (and 15 minutes off I-26) This is a small, quiet community with swimming or paddling right off the dock. There are no gasoline motors on the lake, so you can enjoy the birds as well as peace and quiet! Inside, you'll find cozy spots for lake views and watching the Frame tv, a full kitchen, gas logs, a tankless water heater, and everything you need.

Our quiet and quaint cottage is over 75 years old and is greatly cared for! Enjoy the peaceful & quiet deck, tucked away in the trees, overlooking Lake Osceola! Our cottage will give you a sense of peaceful seclusion while only being 5 min from downtown Hendersonville. Go swimming or kayaking by using nearby access points, or just enjoy an afternoon walk around the lake and soak up all the peacefulness of our beautiful neighborhood!
