Monthly Rentals in Happy Valley

I cannot recommend this place enough! From the warm welcome, the morning visit from Pepper (the very lovely car), the short stroll to a gorgeous little river, and the beautiful landscaping- I cannot say enough good things about this property. The garret was gorgeous and the natural light was simply amazing. It was well appointed and the windows provided an excellent view of a thunderstorm that crept in one evening. Stunning. We didn’t see any goats, but i think they may have been in the barn :-) heard the chickens and the guinea fowl though. And of course don’t miss out on giving Farmer (the very gentle giant dog) a scratch behind the ears! Being an animal lover the extra residents were a delight - for anyone that prefers to avoid them, they are in no way intrusive and easily avoided if you wanted to. (But why would tu want to?!) Miss Liza and Mister William were excellent hosts - we felt safe and comfortable and it was extremely relaxing and private. Will definitely visit again!!

This is the ONLY location I’ll book when visiting Lenoir. I’m a native, and unfortunately family is far and few in between, but this location is wonderful to be able to stay and support when I’m home for a weekend, or when I just want to swing by. The hospitality was phenomenal and I can’t wait to book again in the future. God Bless!

Our first ABNB experience and Bill made everything easy. House was perfect for us. We are in our 50s and traveled with my 75yr old mom and too small pups. The house is amazing, clean, quiet area off the main rd. Exactly what we wanted. We will definitely return as my kids and grandkids live up here. Perfect host!
