Had an excellent stay at Eileen’s place. The house was extremely clean and perfect size for a couple. Beautiful view and surroundings. Only wish I had more time to explore the area. Would definitely stay here again if I return.

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

Great stay at Donna's place. Neat, clean, convenient. You can feel the care and thoughtfulness Donna puts into her place. Helps you feel right at home. She provides all the little extras, just in case you've forgotten something, toothbrush and paste, pain relievers, etc., etc., etc.. I contacted her late for a same evening reservation, she responded quickly with all the details I needed to park in a private space, enter and quickly get comfortable. She was great and on top of all that, a little gift bag delivered just before I left. She's my new go to lodging option in the West Haven / New Haven area. You'll fee and appreciate l the care and attention to detail at her place.

This is a great place close to downtown and the university. The communication was timely and everything in the house was thoughtful and easy to navigate. It was a perfect place for our family to use.

Great spot super close to everything we needed to go to. It was so cozy that we ended up sleeping through a bunch of our plans 😂 appreciate having pet friendly places like this since we like to travel with our pups. It was clean and quiet for being attached to another residence.

The details are what made all the difference, from disposable eye masks and ear plugs to the milk for coffee in the refrigerator and tower of snacks. Unlike any other place we have stayed, we felt that the hosts sincerely cared about our comfort and well-being! The home was beautiful, spotless, cheery, and bright. I loved finding little surprising touches in the garden out back and throughout the home. The welcome book has great recommendations. This will be our go to place any time we return to the area! Cannot say enough good things about this charming home! The house had beautiful bay windows with a spectacular view, large bedrooms with plenty of room, and was very clean. Directly across the street was a waterfront park with trails along the coastline that were a blast to explore. And it was close to everything. Highly recommend!

We booked this place to be close the the festival downtown and it was. 1.3 miles or 25 minutes walk. Perfect for us. The Airbnb was clean and spacious. Shower is a little small but ok. King bed is very comfortable. Yummy welcome treats on the table was a nice touch. Keurig pods and maker available for your pleasure. Well lit and very secure. Felt safe at all times. Great place to book if you need to stay in this area.

Alisa and Lena's place was really cute, private and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Also you can walk a few short blocks to a bird sanctuary!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Graham’s Airbnb and I’ve never been disappointed. In fact, after spending time in other area Airbnbs I only stay here now. Aside from being a great space it’s absolutely perfectly located for super quick access to Yale and the Chapel Street area. Can’t wait until my next visit! Thank you Graham!

We had to cut our stay short due to changes in travel plans, which was a pity because it was a really lovely and very comfortable place. I would strongly recommend it and hope to stay longer next time.

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Absolutely gorgeous place and neighborhood. It was perfectly decorated and felt extremely cozy. It was in a lovely neighborhood as well and the check in was super easy. I was very impressed with the space and the host was highly proactive with lots of local recommendations! This is the kind of airbnb gem that everyone wants to find and experience.

The space was very nice, spacious, clean and in a great location. Close to the highway and all other locations I planned on visiting during my stay! I would highly recommend staying here. The host Oomi was very reachable and quick to respond to any questions or problems we had I will definitely be coming back for my next stay!

Over $500 a night was very high, much higher than west Coast pricing for two bedrooms near a major university. Convenient to Yale but know that poverty has always been evident a few feet from Yale borders and much of the foot traffic consists of the homeless. Also some noise at night from passing traffic. On the plus side there’s an excellent Italian bakery/gelato cafe across the street run by a husband wife team that makes everything they serve.

Obinna is a great host and this apartment is so comfortable and lots of space to stretch out. Fully stocked kitchen and there are fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Two 65", high end tvs and the mattresses on the beds are sooo nice. Obinna puts effort in where a lot of hosts cheap out, which really makes this pad special. It's tough to get an open spot here on the calendar, but, if get the chance, make your reservation here. It's the best in the area.

Muna was incredible start to finish with my stay. Helpful, communicative and accommodating. Place was perfectly as described. Genuinely recommend a stay at her place!

Very nice location, quiet, yet central . House was well stocked and Aaron was prompt with communication. I had to modify my itinerary and Aaron was very accommodating.
