Spacious home with a nice outside area. Enjoyed coffee with birds and bunnies. Will stay here again.

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Everything was perfect for our girls weekend. This is the 3rd time we’ve used Laurie’s house and there’s obviously a reason we keep coming back. Can’t wait to go again.

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

This house was perfect for my family to stay for the weekend so we could attend a family wedding. Wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the pool on our down time. But house was perfect!! Soo cute and Glenda responded very fast. She was so helpful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

Allana was very easy to work with. Always answered back quickly no matter the time. Open concept and everyone was able to be together. It was a rainy stay so had to be inside. No one minded. Nicely set up for games or conversations. Thank you so much!!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at the house. The house is beautiful and was extremely clean when we arrived. Luiz kindly left a sled for my kids to use in the yard. There is plenty of outdoor space and the yard has a good deal of privacy. There are two bedrooms and a den/office with a TV. The kitchen has everything we needed. Luiz was very easy to communicate with.

Before I booked, Dean was very helpful to me as I figured out whether this stay fit my family’s needs. We particularly appreciated the first floor bedroom and the off-street parking behind the house. This home made it easy for us to visit family in the area. Thank you!

Lori was very accommodating to us with early check in. The beds were super comfortable, and I was so happy to see that she had two king sized beds and one queen! Perfect for our family. Beautiful linens, tons of comfy white towels in the bathrooms. Really a great place to stay that I would highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at Rudy’s wonderful home but definitely will not be our last! Rudy is amazing at being an Airbnb host but he’s also such a great man. He’s so helpful and kind. We really love this home and getting to know Rudy more and more with every visit. Family of 3 stayed 4 days but had 3 dinner guests while in New Haven area for Yale graduation. I'm glad we had our own car to transport us to Yale campus. Easy access to the freeway. House is beautifully decorated and color scheme. Nice dinner room table for 6 people to sit comfortably. Great kitchen although we did no actual cooking as we bring in take out meals. Great back porch and deck to sit at for visiting. Front street is a bit busy but deck in back is quiet from traffic noise. Able to use washer/dryer which has nice as we had been on the road for several days. All bedrooms are upstairs and stair steps are somewhat steep to bedrooms and basement. So for older folks the steps may feel a bit daunting. Nice shower. I haven't stayed in many Air B&B's so I don't know what is actually provide for the little extras but, I would recommended luggage stand in each bedroom, extra cloth dish towel in kitchen, kleenex and paper towel, hair dryer. Recommend over all.

Wow, I don’t even know where to start! My family and I just had the most incredible time celebrating my niece's 21st birthday. From the moment we arrived, Annie blew us away as the ultimate host! The house was decked out with beautiful decorations that truly made the surprise unforgettable. And guess what? She even had a magnificent birthday cake waiting for us! The house itself was absolutely gorgeous and so inviting. We felt right at home with an abundance of linens, towels, and toiletries—perfect for a group of five women! The jacuzzi was a dream, and the grill was all set for us to fire up some delicious meals. Plus, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and some delightful extras! Annie was always quick to respond to our questions, which made everything even easier. We were thrilled to find beach necessities already available, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own. There’s so much more I could rave about, but overall, this stay was amazing.

Chelsea was communicative and helpful about her beautiful house. It had all we needed, was well appointed, beautifully decorated and in a gorgeous natural setting. We spent time lounging in the living room as a family and it was so comfortable. Top notch! Grab this place now!

We had a wonderful stay, it’s been a long time since we stayed somewhere that looked like the pictures and was so CLEAN!!! We have young children so they climb on the floors and crawl around, so it was extremely comforting that everything was clean and the play area was perfect for mornings they played we drank hot coffee. The area was extremely easy to get to and loved the peacefulness

The accommodations are beautiful as well as the grounds and the view from the kitchen and living area. Everything was spotless and the Airbnb is equipped with everything you need for a lovely relaxing stay. Todd and his wife are wonderful hosts and there when you need them. As a welcoming gift they provided a lovely fruit tray, muffins and farm fresh eggs! This Airbnb is truly a gem!

We had an amazing stay at Peter’s home by Saint Clement’s Castle for our wedding weekend! From start to finish, Peter was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly flexible with the details of our stay, which helped make a busy and emotional weekend so much smoother. The home itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully maintained. Every room felt comfortable and inviting, and the clean, updated aesthetic made it the perfect place to relax between events and get ready for our big day. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat during a very special time in our lives. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Peter’s place to anyone visiting the area—especially for events at Saint Clement’s. Thank you again, Peter!

amazing place to stay at while in CT. close enough by the big areas, while being in a very quite neighborhood. clean house with a cozy vibe to make you feel at home. while small, the space provided was enough for 2 people and really comfortable. host was fast to respond to messages and was extremely kind. overall 10/10 experience and will recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay for a good price.

Blue Haven was perfect for our group of 8 plus 2 dogs. The upstairs had 2 master sized suites with King beds and small sitting area with a shared 3/4 bath that had double sinks. On the main level was a bedroom with a queen bed and another with 2 twin beds and a full bath (shower+ bathtub). Backyard is fully fenced in with ample seating and an outdoor gas fire pit where we roasted marshmallows included in the beautiful s’mores care package from our host! Sea Bluff beach is a bit far to walk but a quick 5min drive. We visited the Bird Sanctuary and Silver Sands Beach as well downtown New Haven, all within 20min drive from the home. We really appreciated the fact that the unit was fully stocked with plenty of supplies: flatware, paper products, cleaning, garbage bags, linens etc. The pillow tops was so comfortable and our guests all slept well. The long driveway fits 3 cars tandem, 2 on a slight hill. Washer and dryer units are in the basement. We had a fantastic stay and would come again

The place is so peaceful and gorgeous, almost like being in a nature preserve but not far from anything either. We saw deer, a fox, a heron, and lots of adorable chipmunks. It was the perfect place to stay during a graduation weekend where the town was bustling and we needed a place to decompress when not on campus. The lawn is simply stunning, and there are incredible views on the the pond and the sky from pretty much every room in the house. We were there during a wet spring and everything was green and fresh. It must be spectacular in the fall or during a snowy winter. Shawn is a super kind, attentive host. We hope to come back in 3 years for our next graduation! Thank you for letting us stay here!
