Recommended to everyone. A cozy, spacious apartment with a flexible and friendly host. You can enjoy your morning coffee in a small seating area outside the house with morning sun and a view of the well-kept garden. Good hiking opportunities from the apartment.

This place was amazing! The views from each room were beautiful. It is about a 30 minute drive to the city, which we didn't mind. If you wanted to take the train, the platform is about 100 meters away. My only complaint is the uphill/downhill climb to the house. We had my 90 year old father-in-law with us and he tried to climb the hill the first day. 2 out of 5 of us were fine climbing up. 3 had to rest halfway. By the time we got to the train platform, my father-in-law was completely out of breath. It was so difficult for us that we ended up renting a car. And just to clarify, I walk 7 miles 5 days a week and that hill was hard for me too. Other than that, if I ever come back to Oslo without my father-in-law, I definitely would stay at Tom's place again. He was a great host! Communication was spot on before we booked and during our stay. I do highly recommend Tom's place!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely lovely with stunning views. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and Julia was kind and helpful throughout my visit. Great links to the city centre also. I’d definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

Located in a quiet, beautiful area with breathtaking access and proximity to Holmenkollen. There are great hiking opportunities in the area. It takes a little longer to get to downtown, but you know that in advance. The place looked exactly like the pictures and everything was very clean. The hosts were nice and gave me helpful tips for my hike in the area. It should be noted that the bed for 2 people is quite small, maybe ask beforehand. Thank you very much for everything!! :)
