The appartement was spacious and clean with everything you might need for your vacation: fully-equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioner and even washing machine. A main advantage is a comfortable terrace with a stunning sea view. It’s just 10- minute walk from a supermarket and about 20 minutes from the beach. Alex is friendly, helpful, and very approachable, he was always in touch giving local recommendations and solving issues. Alex picked me up from the bus station and then drove me back which was so nice of him. Highly recommend this place for great holidays.

Everything was great, Carlos communication was amazing and helpful, he was waiting for me in front of the property show me around the apartment. The apartment is nearby amenities and has plenty or restaurant to go out and eat. View from apartment is amazing with beautiful sunrise also very friendly with dogs. Highly recommended!

Ramon was a great host! The place is beautiful and has great views , i liked the apartment set up . It has AC everywhere and was clean . He was super helpful and answered fast to every inquiry I had . I will deff stay here more often :) It exactly as described and looks like the pictures. Amazing stay!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Santa Pola. Le logement est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Proche des commerces et des restaurants. Anayansi et Natalia sont des super hôtes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons ce logement. Marie-Christine, André

We loved this studio ..... fairly much on the beach, fantastic host who accomodated our flight delay & met us to check in a 3.30am. The studio was modern, well equipped, spotlessly clean & we appreciated Ruben leaving us a bottle of water as 3.30am arrival meant there wasn't really anywhere nearby to purchase enroute. The pull down Murphy bed was so comfortable we slept like babies both the nights we were there. The location of this apartment couldn't have been better & great hosting means we will definitely be looking at returning. Thanks Ruben ..... you made our break in Torrevieja a really good one!

Very pleased with Patricia as the host and the apartments standard and location. Living on 24th floor was amazing and adds as an extra experience.

We spent a week at Julio's apartment and it was a great choice. A short bus ride to Puerta del Mar(centre) and the bus stop is literally outside the apartment building. You can also take a bus to San Juan beach and within a 10 minute walk there is a tram stop. Bakery, cafe and a small supermarket in the building. Clean and quiet apartment with a spectactular view sea view which was a highlight. The apartment is well equipped and there is even a portable radiator if you feel chilly in the winter months. Julio greeted us in person and was so kind to let us check in a bit earlier. He had a friendly approach and gave us local advice on places to eat nearby. In short, a very nice stay, we will be happy to return.

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön – modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit tollen Extras ausgestattet, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen. Andrey, der Gastgeber, war super freundlich, hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns sogar hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Obwohl wir später angekommen sind als geplant, hat der Check-in problemlos geklappt. Alles lief reibungslos und sehr herzlich ab. Umgebung voller Restaurants und vielen Stränden, sogar ein 24/7 Shop.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Rosa Maria ist einfach zauberhaft! Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – sie war gefühlt rund um die Uhr erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Der Check-in und Check-out waren super flexibel und perfekt und wurde auf unsere Flugzeiten abgestimmt. After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Apartamento en un enclave maravilloso, con todo lo necesario , muy bien comunicado. Para repetir sin duda. La comunicación con los dueños muy fácil y muy flexibles con la llegada y la salida, lo cual se agradece mucho.

Petit logement très pratique, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans un petit espace très convivial. Le lit se déplie de l'armoire au dessus du canapé du salon, il est très confortable. La vue est très bien, le soleil est sur le balcon le matin pour prendre le petit déjeuner c'est parfait. Ombre l'après midi quand il fait chaud c'est pas plus mal. Carmen est très réactive et amicale par message. Merci pour la gentille attention de la bouteille offerte en arrivant ! Je recommande ce logement très propre et idéalement placé en coeur de ville, tout se fait à pied depuis le logement. Le bus pour aller ou venir de l'aéroport et à seulement quelques mètres à la place d'à côté.
