Very nice and peaceful place in villareal. Its perfect if you need a break from crazy loud tamarindo. We stayed at casa roxy for long term and maria was always there for us if we had some questions or needed something. Gracias!

The location is really convenient. It is very close to Bagaces and not so far from Liberia. Rooms were clean and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Very beautiful location on Lake Arenal, lots of birds in the garden, amazing view, and excellent restaurant on the property. We were able the rent a kayak to explore the lake which was a lot of fun and very convenient. Stayed one night on the way from La Fortuna to Monteverde.

The beauty of the Tinajas Peninsula and the charm of this accommodation are hard to match and impossible to beat. Glorious views and a friendly welcome are waiting for you at this immaculate hacienda in Nuevo Arenal. Perched on a hill above Lake Arenal and surrounded by beautiful gardens this home is your key to peace and tranquility. The hosts are excellent communicators and check in was a breeze. Everything was as described and even surpassed our expectations. The restaurant on the property was a delightful bonus. It's just a bit off the beaten path, and as is often the case, that's where the best kept secrets are usually found. The drive from La Fortuna is a windy adventure replete with captivating vistas and fascinating wildlife. If your travels are taking you through this neck of the woods, I highly recommend a stay at Bluebay, and even if they're not, it's quite possibly worth the detour. It is the essence of "Pura Vida".

We booked this little house before going to Monteverde NP and it was very much worth it. The location is on a hill so a decent car is advised, the views are amazing, Mari was there to welcome us and show us the lock for the gate, the views are amazing, there is a bit of street noise but it didn't bother us too much, and also: the views are amazing! Really!

Tranquil, quiet stay. Very fairly priced. Israel was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

Felipe is a great host. He is super easy to reach and always responds very quickly. In addition, he only lives a little further, so that you can respond to questions and concerns right away. The beach cabin is super beautiful and is right on the beach. Great for surfing! It is simple and rustically furnished, but has everything you need. You live quite a bit in the wilderness and accordingly you also get visitors from different animals. If you like it, the place is a godsend!!

The beautiful cabin, the place is very private and quiet. Olger is an excellent host, attentive and the cabin had everything you need to cook! Perhaps the only thing I did not notice is that there is no TV but, in the description it was not worse, perhaps the detail is important for other people.

Very quiet and quiet, quite clean and very well equipped the house, quite close to the beach, just a little old fans so it can get a little hot and the vegetation helps refresh the house, the vehicle must be outside but it is only 50 meters from the house but it is very quiet so it is safe, Johannes is an excellent host, always on the lookout for everything, I would definitely stay back in this house.
