The Cool house is a beautiful home, in a great location walkable to downtown restaurants, bars, and arts. Mary was a fabulous host, and her place provides a quiet place to vacation or work. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it to others.

Sam's place exceeded our expectations! The view was marvelous, and the house was beautifully decorated with a wonderful collection of books we truly enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the room was super clean. We had a great time during our two-day stay. The small town offered so much to explore, and the nearby seafood market was a delightful surprise. we had fresh lobster at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Sam's place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Jacuelines place was amazing! It was perfect for what we were looking for and completely met our needs and more. It was very clean and comfortable with the perfect amount of privacy and space.

We just came home from our long weekend in Mystic and Anthony’s place was a great find. We comfortably fit myself, my husband, and my 2 year old with ample space. The house was walking to distance to many amenities including downtown Mystic which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend Anthony’s place to anyone else traveling to Mystic!

The location is amazing! It’s just a quick walk from downtown Mystic but also far enough that it still feels private and very quiet. The apartment was also super clean. The furniture wasn’t the most comfortable and the bathroom is small, but we didn’t spend much time there as there was so much to do in town. Highly recommend this place if you plan on exploring. Huge benefit that it is also pet friendly!

This is one of the best places I've stayed in a long time. Idyllic, pastoral... it was perfect. Just wish we could have spent longer there! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, and it's hard to argue with a host who keeps the second "B" in "BnB"! there were fresh eggs and milk and pancake mix provided. Our five year old liked watching the chickens and feeding them our food leftovers, and there's a great play area (unfortunately the weather didn't give us much of a chance to use it). We can't wait to find a time to come back! The only tricky bit is not getting confused by the driveway - the host's directions are PERFECT but it takes a sec to realize that you turn in and squiggle between other properties and only then you'll see things you recognize from the photos.

Mark is a very responsive host who has clearly gone out of his way to anticiipate and provide for his guests' needs. You will find a detailed folder providing instructions and useful information. The property is very homey and conveniently located about halfway between Main Street and the Wesleyan campus.

Want to stay in a quaint and quiet place that walkable to a Beach? Look no further to this Place. Set inside a classic brick building, this has such character and the Heart of the Town is only no more than one block away. So many places walkable for here and this is a very close knit Community! I would be more than happy to return here again! Thank you so much for hosting!

Enjoyed our time at Jason’s house. My family really enjoyed the warm pool along with all the pool toys. Our host provided good information as well as being responsive to any questions. The house was very clean and beautiful.

We had a great stay at Stan's house. The house itself was lovely, the backyard was great, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very kid friendly and had toys and books that my toddler enjoyed. the location was great and we loved being walking distance to the seaport and downtown. We also appreciated the snacks waiting at the Airbnb after a long travel day. Would be happy to stay again in future!

Our family of 5 along with a 1-yr old stayed over the June 1st weekend. The house had everything we needed for cooking meals (totally stocked kitchen) and very comfortable relaxing areas both inside & out. The beds were super comfortable and the whole place was spotless. The location was great and easily walkable to the village. The house had a great deal of charm and Debby runs a great operation.

The house was absolutely perfect! It was set up for families looking to get away. They were super proactive in letting us know the check in and check out processes. It was absolutely wonderful to not have to question expectations.

We (a group of friends) enjoyed a wonderful stay in Nancy and Joe's beautiful home. The photos were very accurate and the home was extremely clean. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out but also plenty of space for us to gather and visit. I forget if it was mentioned somewhere in the description but there is only one bathroom with a shower. The second full bathroom has a beautiful clawfoot tub with a handheld sprayer but it is not mounted. This was not a big issue for us, but just something to note. Ocean Beach is a short and pleasant walk away (with sidewalks). The neighborhood is also nice to walk around. We would definitely return for another stay.

The Villa was exactly as described! Easy communication with owner. A perfect getaway weekend, every amenity we could want or need! Look forward to visiting again in the near future!

We had a fantastic experience! The home is in the perfect walkable location to all of the shops and restaurants in mystic. The home is clean, looks just like the photos, and the owner is extremely detailed with arrival information. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We will definitely stay here again!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.
