Holiday rentals with beach access in Groton

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

Patty’s place is the perfect choice for a weekend getaway. My husband and I loved how quiet it was and the beach down the road was perfect for our morning coffee. We had the pleasure of meeting Patty and she was very responsive. We will definitely be back next year for another relaxing, quiet weekend together.

What a great Airbnb! I’ve been traveling to the area a lot and this felt like discovering buried treasure. The place was bigger than the photos alluded to, the hosts were gracious and accommodating, and the stay was very quiet while still being near amenities.

Barbara’s place reminded me of the way airbnbs used to be. It felt like home-away-from-home. The accommodations were high quality and clean, and there were even some tasty snacks! We loved our stay. Everything was as pictured. Stony Creek was wonderful, and we look forward to visiting again next year!

Set inside a classic brick building, this has such character and the Heart of the Town is only no more than one block away. So many places walkable for here and this is a very close knit Community! Meredith's place was perfect for our weekend visit. We were there specifically for a wedding and realized the welcome party was right across the street at the Muse ( a local pub that it lots of fun with great food) other restaurants and activities within walking distance and as we didn't go to the beach, Its not too far of a drive:)

Everything was great and as expected with this home. It was very clean, the views were stunning, right on the water. Unfortunately it rained, but we took advantage of the screened in porch with coffee. Jesse was quick to respond with any questions and had thorough and clear information about checking and getting into the home. We’d definitely look to stay here again, if we’re in the Mystic area.

From the kayaks to the coffee, our stay was glorious! I loved waking up every morning to the gorgeous view of the Niantic River. The indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and there are so many amenities. Location is perfect- a short walk to the boat dock and back entrance to the Oswegatchie Hill Trail. If you are looking for a place to stay in Westerly, look no further! The home had all the amenities, and the dogs loved the spacious, fenced-in yard. The property was also close to downtown and the beaches in the area. We'll tell our friends about this place and gladly stay there again!

It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

We only stayed the weekend, but I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was outstanding! The house is big and beautiful. Everything was immaculate. Bill was very responsive. The fenced in yard was perfect with our dogs. My family and I felt right at home. Can’t wait to come back!

Mia’s place is excellent. Exactly what the listing describes and more — Mia is a great host and super attentive despite us being a last minute booking, she even helped us through a tough time late in the day when I thought my daughter’s stuffie had been picked up by the maid service. Above and beyond!

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

Richard‘s place was as advertised. It is a quick walk from the ferry and into town. It was clean and very comfortable for up to four people. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Block Island.

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.
