Monthly Rentals in Greenville

Dawns place looked exactly as the pictures and even though it’s small in size it felt very roomy and had great separation in spaces. It took a us a bit to understand how to get the heat working properly since it was a wall unit that came with remotes, so I’d suggest just having some instructions on how to use for those who aren’t familiar but we figured it out and had no issues! Dawn was very active in communicating and making sure we had everything we needed which was very much appreciated! Cute place and easy access to downtown too which was fantastic for us.

This place was great! We were able to book it on short notice and it accommodated our every need. Even our dogs felt comfortable with the lodging and the surrounding area. Only draw back was the construction going on in front of the house. City is replacing sewer pipes. So, that couldn't be helped. Overall, this was a great place to stay. This put a cherry on top of a great wedding weekend in Greenville. BreAnn was a fantastic host. Responsive, so friendly and down to earth. The apartment is just too cute and fits the Greenville downtown vibe to a tee. Much better than a hotel any day.
