Monthly Rentals in Grandy

We enjoyed ourselves so much last year that we booked another stay at Evan's place. The location is central to both Virginia Beach and the OBX, as well as near our favorite golf course, The Carolina Club. The house layout is perfect, boasting three bedrooms, two baths, and an open concept kitchen, living and dining. The outside is perfect for a quiet read in the hammock, a chat by the firepit, or dinner on the grill. There are even kayaks and a paddleboat, neither of which we used due to poor weather conditions. All-in-all we had another exceptional stay and plan on a third stay next year.

Diane was the sweetest host, she has everything you could ever need just in case you forgot something down to flashlights. all the essentials paper towels, garbage bags, room spray etc… she has a perfect view of the backwater from the deck and a perfectly relaxing back yard to keep you feeling super cozy and at home in her space. our doggos enjoyed themselves as well, she had a crate on site for us to use when we got there for when we went out without them. we had the best little time, her place is out of the mix enough to be peaceful but close enough for everything to be accessible. we will definitely be back in the future!!

This was an ideal location in Duck, NC. The beach associated with the resort was devine! The surrounding area is mostly single family homes, making the beach very private to the resort. The unit is located away from the pool, so it was very quiet and lovely. The view is not really of water, but it's a great deck to watch sunsets. I would return to this AirBnB again!

My partner and I spent a peaceful week in this cozy spot. Very clean and well equipped for cooking and relaxing :) We especially enjoyed hanging out on the dock by the water and eating meals in the screened-in outdoor space. The surrounding neighborhood was very friendly as well. Rob was an excellent host and addressed any and all inquiries in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again if you're looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the more "quintessential" obx beach towns. Not a bad drive to Duck / Kitty Hawk either.
