Amazing beach house! This was my second time renting, and it’s always clean, cozy, and comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning, and Robert is super friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The Eva homes are very cool. You have a community pool 30 seconds away and a place to hangout right next to the pool. The beach is a two minute walk and it's like your own private beach. I was able to use the ac all night and had nice hot showers. The Internet worked great for the two days I was there and seemed fast. The house has basic cookware plus a French press. The hosts are great and can provide you with all the information you need inside out outside of Gran pacifica. I do feel you will need a car to get to and around Gran Pacifica. I can't wait to see how this community looks in a few more years. Nevertheless, don't be shy, book the house, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and starry nights!

A very comfortable, pleasant house, everything was in good condition, it had a beautiful view, I would definitely return, both the host and the person who received us were very kind at all times.
