Our house is located about a mile away from the main restaurant. Airport transport available

Casa Sun Sand Surf is a charming home located in the beautiful beach of Pochomil. It is only a one hour drive from Managua. Beachfront, ocean front with great views, it has an espectacular infinity view pool of +40 ft. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor spaces, the views, and its location. Ideal for couples or families with kids looking to escape to a tranquil coastal setting, stay right in front of the ocean aprox. 27 ft. above the beach level, a peaceful haven for rest and relaxation.

It is rented house x day / weeks. In great peaceful resort. Capacity for 8 people! 3 full rooms equipped with its private bathrooms, air in the 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, social area with pool, parking lot, washing area. It has internet, full equipped only to arrive, includes a barbecue, gas, 20kw per power day, extra charge x kw extra consumed. $0.5 / kw extra. Check-in time 2pm and check out the next day 12pm. Cost does not include resort fee that is paid in garita.
