Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Gran Pacifica Resort

My family and I stayed for 1 night as we were looking to relax, and we were not disappointed. The beach is super nice and in front of the house, there are natural pools by the rocks, the house is super well furnished and the caretaker is super attentive. My children and I were fascinated. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely return on our vacation.

I highly recommend this place, the house is very close from the entrance gate. hotel and beach is no more than 5 minutes in car and of course Lindsay and her husband were very kind and supportive with us. The house was very clean, AC just right in both rooms and had its own parking spot. Thank you Lindsay and Dereck!

We enjoyed a few days away with family. The house is located close to the beach and amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool lovely. A great space for family and friends to relax together.

The house is very comfortable, the place is lovely and quiet, I think the streets lack some lighting.

The house is amazing, worth the price, the only problem is the road if you go in a small car.

What made our stay at Gabriela's place was the outdoor space, which was furnished incredibly, comfortable, clean and cool pool, and we spent most of our time there. The views could not be better, the surf was right there for us. We ate out for our meals, so we didn't use the kitchen. The absolutely BEST part of this trip for us was Ray, Angela, Sasha, and their furry pets Max & Gerry. They took such incredible care of us, and they immediately felt like family. We were sad to part ways with them. Keep note that this property is on the far north end of El Transito, so if you are wanting to surf main break, it is about a 10 minute walk each way.

Booked Harold's home to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. The home was wonderful and as described. Harold was very attentive and responsive. My family had a wonderful time and totally recommend it to others.

Great place for a quiet stay. You can either cook or eat at the restaurant. The pool at the eva community was nice. 3min walk to the beach.

We had a great time in Gran Pacifica. I think the host should be a super host. We really felt like home. The unit is very spacious. Much-needed space if you have kids. The resort amenities are also great. We will definitely schedule another stay soon.

The house is great , the pool is large and well cleaned the house was well cleaned , the rooms very comfortable My family and I really enjoyed the stay in this house. We'll be back soon!!!!!

It was definitely a hidden gem. Great place to be with friends and family. My daughters love the mini golf course that had over 7 different ones. The staff welcomed us great, very kind and helpful. Loved the restaurant food and drinks and the pool was very refreshing. Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful place in the heart of Pochomil. Right by the restaurants. Lots to do around the property and the beach is in front of the house. Rooms are nice and each one has their bathroom. The only thing is the stairs but they have a lift. Would love to go back during Holy Week. The caretakers are incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you

My family and I enjoyed a pleasant and quiet stay at Santorini's house.

This oceanfront house exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable, with direct beach access and spectacular views of the Sea. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunsets from the terrace, the house is perfectly equipped, clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the common spaces were ideal for relaxing in a group. The rooms were comfortable and fresh, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Frederick was a great host. He was incredibly responsive to all of my emails, and even gave me a call to answer questions I had about the area. The ease of working with him made me feel very comfortable renting a house in Nicaragua for the first time. He went above and beyond what I would have expected. Once we arrived at the house, our jaws dropped. It is more beautiful than the pictures show. We only stayed for two nights due to our schedule, but our entire stay was relaxing and comfortable. We popped into town a few blocks away to pick up basic food and supplies during the day, but otherwise just stayed on the house grounds and the beach...there was no reason to leave such a gorgeous setting overlooking the ocean. House was perfect was a ton of bathrooms..and very clean. They have a guard/housekeeper (Noel) that lives on the property (comforting although the area is very safe) full time. He helped us find anything we needed and gave us all the best tips about where to buy fresh fish for lunch one day. We paid extra to hire a maid named Margarita. She was also incredible and prepared our meals for the two days we stayed. This made life a lot easier and more relaxing. I highly recommend this place.

My husband, our friends and our kids stayed at Jared and Jenn's for 3 days. The property is amazing, with a path right from the back door to the beach and beautiful tide pools up and down the beach that are great for kids, it was much safer than other open ocean areas. It was very clean when we checked in, Fran is amazing and so kind. Emir was great and found fresh fish for us in the village each day. Wifi was good and air conditioners were well maintained and cold.You will need a high clearance vehicle like a truck or SUV to get back to the house, it's an undeveloped road but it wasn't any issue with our truck and it's only 1km. You walk from the house along the beach to the center of El Transito in about 30-40 minutes. After being in El Transito one night, I see why the road is like that, it keeps the beach where the house is super clean, quiet, and uncrowded. You can't hear the music from town, just waves and birds during the day. We'll be back, such a special spot!!
