Monthly Rentals in Gourmet Ghetto

Justin’s place was perfect for an overnight stay in Berkeley to see a concert at the Greek. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood and super walkable - even to the theater! Everything was very clean and Justin’s instructions were very clear. We’d love to return if we’re even in town again!

The location is ideal, close to several renowned shops and restaurants (Panisse, Cheeseboard, Peet's coffee, etc.), in a very pleasant area, 15 minutes walk from University Campus and BART downtown Berkeley resort. The apartment is cozy, perfect for one or two people. Bonus: The small room in the attic allowed me to welcome my daughter for a few days.

Had a wonderful stay at Ay's apartment! It was clean, spacious, and he was extremely helpful and responsive with some small questions. I would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Renée's. It was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. The place was spotless and the garden was beautiful. Communication was great and we appreciated the offer to check in early as we were driving around with luggage. Would definitely stay here again!
