Mid Century Pacific Grove house on 17 Mile Drive. Just a couple blocks from the Pebble Beach gate. Great area. Close enough to walk to town restaurants & shops, Asilomar State Beach & other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck & outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a max of 2 adults/1 car per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old. We cannot & will not make exceptions to either restriction.

The guesthouse is artfully decorated, and is quiet. Our whole neighborhood is affluent and beautiful with plenty of beaches to explore. It is the perfect place to stay and visit remote Big Sur to the south, but also be close to the incredible restaurants & shops in Carmel. Our guests prefer a no pets policy.

A beautifully secluded area (40+ acres) surrounded by natural beauty with lovely views of Elkhorn Slough and the Pacific Ocean, away from the maddening crowd. Yet, accessible to Carmel / Pebble Beach / Santa Cruz. A variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, bicycling, kayaking, golfing and whale watching. A full breakfast is served daily. It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.
