Gabi and Axel were lovely hosts. From the moment the stay was booked, we received a welcome email. They were always quick to answer any questions even with the time zone difference. The place was so cute and clean, we wished we stayed longer. The location was ideal, not too far from city center but far enough from all the noise. I do recommend rentin a car to travel around Munich. 100% recommend this place!

Margot and Ludwig are very warm and friendly. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything we needed toiletries, cooking utensils, coffee, tea bags, clean towels and bedsheets. The bed is very comfortable. It's a residential area with beautiful houses and lovely gardens. The train station is "Assling Oberbay" and not Abling. It's about half an hour by train to München Hbf. It's very useful to download MVP-App for the train timetable. It's perfect if you come by car as you can park on the road. Thanks again to the friendly hosts. Hope I can come back again one day 🙏🙏😉☺️

We landed in Munich coming from Australia and wanted our first stay to be outside of the city. This was perfect, the car parking there was a big plus. It’s a short drive to local shops and food. There is a bus stop just out front which we used to travel into Munich. The bed is located in a loft of the apartment with some steep stairs to access it, not a problem for us. Highly recommend it here if you’re looking for a quieter place to stay. We have rebooked it as our last stop before we head home!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Anita’s place. We are two grannies with two grandchildren (5.5 and almost 3 years old) and kids’ aunty. We all lived the place! Kids loved sleeping in bunk beds (custom made) and also enjoyed the outdoor slide and a trampoline. We could see that lots of hard work and lots of love was poured into making this place so beautiful, comfortable and very unique in its vibe and appearance. It’s very peaceful if you just want to relax and go for a short walk or longer hike in the area. We had two cars and were able to go to daily trips throughout our stay: Kampenwand, lake Chiemsee, lake Tegernsee, visited Ludwig II Palace, Man and Nature Museum in Munich, Bad Tölz, enjoyed the Salzbergwerk Tour, visited Salzburg (Austria) and kids definitely enjoyed visiting the Animal Farm with indoor playground. All in all, we have fond memories of our stay here! Thank you Anita!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

So friendly, there was beer and milk cold in the fridge and she later came to bring butter and delicious homemade marmalade. As you can see from my ratings, the rest was also great. In three years ( next Bauma) we hope to stay with Lydia again.

Stepheny was very friendly and I met Antono and he was a great talker and a nice person who gave me instructions about the purposes of the room and the area and he was very helpful to the room.

A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

We had a lovely vacation in Munich while staying at Fabian’s house. It is a lovely neighbourhood close to a river and within 15-20 mins walking distance of the old town. The neighbourhood is full of bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance. Fabian was a great host. He was very quick in responding to our questions. In case we come back to Munich in the future, we will stay at Fabian’s apt, subject of course to availability.

Werner is a very friendly and helpful host who gave me some great sightseeing suggestions. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It’s a quiet and beautiful place with fresh air, and the entrance to the forest is just a short walk away. I had a great stay here—it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

We have been there for the second time and are thrilled again. The apartment is well equipped, super cozy and perfect for 3 people. The location on the train is quiet despite train traffic. We sat on the terrace in the sun in the evening and did not feel disturbed. The hosts are mega lovely people. Communication was nice and friendly. We'll be back for sure. We stayed with Tanya for 1 week and felt very comfortable! The apartment is superbly equipped, we got freshly baked bread and Tanya was always available! You can look at the lake from the terrace and hikes are possible directly from the apartment and it is also only a short walk to the lake. We can 100% recommend the apartment! Great area with lots of options for hiking, biking and eating out! We recommend the Gasthof Rieder in Fischl, a great tip from Tanya, here is an amazing Wiener Schnitzel! I'm sure we'll be back!

Finding the place was super easy and checking in was even easier. 2-3 steps and you are inside. No waiting, no calling, no lost time. the apartment is very spacious and well organized. It has everything needed, literally. All areas are sparkling clean. It has a very pleasant terrace where you can sip a cup of coffee. The coffee is on the house. We enjoyet every moment of our short stay at the apartment!

This apartment was absolutely beautiful, definitely a 1000/10 recommend!!! Markus is the sweetest person ever and you definitely feel at home. He gave us some recommendations outside of the activities we had planned. It’s good enough distance from Oktoberfest, I will definitely be booking again next year!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is fully equipped and the induction hob, oven and microwave are modern and in excellent condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and has a beautiful view in the garden! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which is slightly elevated above the house. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I can highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

Beautiful quiet location. Quite a hot tub Very nice landlords. Towels were even exchanged, toilet paper and liquid soap were also provided. However, the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped: no salad cutlery, scoop, exactly counted spoons, hardly any pots/pans and poor quality. If you don't want to cook, you don't have the problem

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.
