Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

A car parking space belongs to the apartment. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and drying possibility for shared use; garden also for shared use.

From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location.
