Villa holiday rentals in Genoa

The place was lovely and clean; in my opinion it’s even better than the photos. The view from all of the balconies was beautiful. Massimo and his family were very friendly and welcoming. It is up a big hill but worth it to see the surroundings. Couldn’t recommend it enough, thank you!

We (5 adults, 1 dog) stayed at Marcela and Niels' beautiful countryhouse over New Year's and it was absolutely as described: very peaceful with beautiful surroundings and views over the Piedmontese valley. We arrived to a welcome basket of local delicacies and a brochure with recommendations of things to do, see and where to eat. The house was tastefully decorated, paying attention to small details (candles, scented hand soap, high-quality linens, blankets to sit outside), a cosy living area and fireplace to sit around in the evenings, large fridge/freezer and even super fast wifi. There was even a game/bar room. It was a little too cold to play ping pong though, but that would be for the next visit! Also, because of the spacious garden our dog could roam and run around freely without us having to worry and keep him on leash. Niels was always super responsive if we had questions. We can warmly recommend staying with Marcella and Niels and I am sure that we will be back! Thank you!

What an outstanding Airbnb. The location is beautiful and very convenient to everything the area has to offer. Starting from the beginning, Michele's instructions on entering the property were very clear. The property benefits from a private parking space, which in Liguria is both rare and a luxury! Both the inside and outside space were beautiful--the pictures are very accurate. We were able to settle in right away. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen serviceable and the outside terraces perfect for lounging. The views of the sea, Rappalo and its peninsula are stunning. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. One word of caution, typical of Liguria, the house is reached by a series of stairs from the parking area. I would definitely not recommend this property to anyone who is not able to easily navigate steep steps.

Our week in this villa was incredible. The view from terrace was awesome. Also it's worth to pointing out the location: 5 min to the beach, lots of restaurants with delicious food (especially Ristorante Grand'Italia), children's playground and shops. We had a great time at Donata’s accommodation! The communication was excellent! She and her Team were very friendly and accommodating! Even the Dog we brought, enjoyed the Vacation as well! Thank you for everything! Highly recommended!

We absolutely fell in love with Ellera, a charming small village in the hills near Albisola. The host, Filipo, was an incredible communicator and helped us with every detail. He went above and beyond to assist us with figuring out things like groceries and transportation. The house had everything we needed for 11 people. We hope to return someday.

This place is actually magical. It was super comfortable, with everything you could need and aesthetically beautiful. Our kids had such a lovely time roaming the big house and gardens.

The place is worth it after winding roads, but once you get there, it is a real haven of peace in the middle of nature. The house is nice, although with some humidity problems… the outdoor space and the garden are beautiful and really very nice. A super nice little extra: the restaurant opposite is very good and allows you to dine as if you were at home!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Salvatores house. The house was exactly as stated in the description, clean, tidy, large rooms and also had cool extras, such as a pool table and a foosball table. We especially liked the large terrace with a great view of the sea. 🏖️ The location is perfect, you are on the mountain with a unique view but is in the city in 15 minutes walking where there are delicious restaurants and great beaches. Salvatore provided us with an information sheet where local restaurants, beaches and attractions were recommended. In addition, Salvatore was incredibly friendly and helpful - communication was quick and straightforward, and he was always immediately available for questions. We would definitely come back again and would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Salvatore, for the time we spent with you!

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

We stayed in some of the two houses near Camogli. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. On our arrival we found a variety of food as well as beverages. Thanks again for that. Access is feasible with a normal car - contrary to some other comments. The house is quiet and private and offers a good base to relax there or make excursions on the Ligurian coast. We can recommend the house and also the caregiver and would come back there. There is a way to charge the EV at the house - but only with 1 kW, i.e. it works, it just takes.

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

Paolo was a phenomenal host! All of our expectations were met! The view, comfort and hospitality couldn’t have been better. I would recommend Paolo to any traveler seeking top notch service and experience.

Our family of four had an incredible stay at Franco & Paola's beautiful home. We fell in love with the house, the nature surrounding it, the ocean, even the town of Varraze itself. The house had everything we could've wanted or needed, perfectly appointed with a view that i'm still dreaming of two weeks later. Franco & Paola were amazing hosts and left impeccable local recommendations. If you are fortunate enough to book time here my only suggestion is don't make too many plans as you, like us, might have to abandon them as you'd rather not go anywhere else. Absolute highest recommendation - thank you Franco & Paola for sharing your home with us.

Stefania is a very nice and caring hostess, we were warmly welcomed by her and her husband and the special features of the accommodation were explained to us. The house is very nice and well equipped - we didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable. Absolute recommendation!

Awesome house with a great garden and a great pool. Even if the approach is a rocky forest path, it is worth it. The house is large and has everything about large pots etc. for a great stay of up to 10 persons. Donata and Alfredo live in the house even in winter, so everything is just there! You don't have to leave the house to have a good vacation! Also, few neighbors are nearby that might bother you. But you are also within 20 minutes at a large supermarket or in 10 minutes at a small shop in the village of Mornese. Donata and alfredo are super nice and accommodating hosts. I absolutely recommend the house for holidays with family or as a group of friends , great ! Thanks @ Donata and Alfredo !!

The house had a very warm and welcoming aura. The garden was clean and big enough for all of us to enjoy the outdoors. The host was kind and helpful. Every morning we would wake up with fresh pie, focaccia and jams.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Incredible views of the water and bay! The house has a genuine charm and plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the pool! Elisabetta is a remarkable host with a wealth of knowledge about the area! Super responsive and a great communicator. The house is fully equipped with all you need throughout your stay. We all loved the “L'Antico Frantoio”.

The house is amazing and exceeded our expectations by far. A beautiful place! Martina was very helpful and always available when needed. We definitely would like to come back.

I celebrated my 33rd birthday in the villa with 20 guests. We also rented the smaller apartment and thus had the whole house and property to ourselves. It was very quiet and beautiful. The pool and the area around it was perfect to spend the afternoons, with a large playground and sunbathing opportunities. Fabio organized a yoga teacher for us who did an hour of Pilates/yoga with us and we were able to do a private wine tasting with a sommelier in the in-house wine cellar. The rooms were clean and the house nicely furnished. We all had a very nice weekend and are already thinking about when we will come back. 5/5 ⭐

We absolutely loved our stay at Stefano's house! The location was beautiful - we did some really lovely walks in the surrounding hills and some day trips to the coast. The house itself was wonderful. We loved the character of the building and appreciated the care with which it has been restored. The furniture was all really interesting and well curated. We felt right at home and it was the perfect cosy spot on the colder days. We still managed to enjoy the pool when the sun came out! We would definitely love to come and stay again someday. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us :)

We had a great weekend in the house. The views of the sea and Levanto Bay are amazing. All this, in a very quiet location. In short, a great place to enjoy the dolce vita.
