Holiday home rentals in Genoa

Great 3 night stay at the end of April with cloudy weather. Villa Lilla has a lot of assets. Well equipped house, photo compliant, quiet, clean. Nice hosts. The jacuzzi is really nice (including when the sky is cloudy). We switched the heater to winter mode and the heaters worked right away. The second bathroom is more of an extra bathroom but the main bathroom is enough for 4 people. Parking space included and courtyard closed by a gate. The sound of the small church bell is very weak and adds charm from my point of view. Ideally located between Portofino and the 5 lands (we went there by train). I don't realize if the short road in pins can be a problem, we live in the Alps so for us it's no problem. But it goes with the WONDERFUL VIEW. I recommend Villa Lilla.

We stayed at Lennie's place for a few days on our honeymoon in PallazoK, and that was great! A nice apartment, lovely garden with great views, tranquility but also plenty of nice villages and cities nearby. Also good tips from Lennie about what to do and where to eat. Recommended!

My husband and 2 young children stayed at Raquel’s place for 1 night. We had a great time. It was compact as expected, very clean and in an excellent central location. Raquel was incredibly accommodating and easily contacted. She also sent some restaurant recommendations especially to suit our needs as she knew we had young kids. Parking was very convenient for an extra charge. I would definitely recommended staying here and would stay again ourselves for a short trip (it’s probably too small for a family for anymore than 1-2 nights but perfect for a single person or couple). Very nice accommodation, bright, crossing, well exposed, very clean, very comfortable bed. Well-equipped kitchen, ample storage, outdoor equipment available. Reserved parking spot below nearby. Perfect for a couple.

Francesca is such a wonderful host! She is so sweet and understanding, and will make your stay so easy. The place is very adorable and fits 4, though we only had three. Francesca prepared our rooms perfectly and lent us towels for the beach! Just a note: the bunk beds are very close together though, so whoever sleeps the bottom bunk needs to watch their head. I highly recommend this listing and our host!

We came to have a great stay , the scenery is breathtaking , warm welcome . In addition, a parking space is assigned to you, safe location. Clean house.

Caterina is an incredibly warm and helpful host! She supported us in everything and provided us with great tips. We were allowed to park our car long before check-in and even leave it there much longer after we had already checked out. She also welcomed our dog very kindly – he was even allowed to check in earlier :) The accommodation is clean, well equipped and perfectly located: close to the beach, but pleasantly quiet, away from the tourist crowds. You can get to the center in a few minutes by bus - Caterina also helps here with precise information and great care. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back! Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

Very friendly host, I didn't respond to any issues of any kind. Deborah welcomed me and gave me all the necessary directions. In addition, she provided food and drinks for breakfast. The property is equipped with everything you need. I recommend it to those who love tranquility, without forgetting that it is a few minutes drive from Rapallo and the highway exit.

The courtyard is convenient for unloading luggage, and free parking is available across the street when not present on site. The apartment's location is perfect for reaching the beaches of Bergeggi and Spotorno. We really appreciated the welcome with Vermentino, trofie and pesto, and the really useful tips about the restaurants in the area that I took advantage of. Giuseppe and Livia's home is extremely welcoming for any type of guest. The house is in a very quiet location, rather isolated being immersed in the Ligurian hill. We spent a short weekend in a group with friends and especially appreciated the entire outdoor space, equipped with a barbecue and a large table, to eat and relax together. The decor is vintage but functional: in the house we found everything that served as basic necessities. In addition, Giuseppe and Livia were absolutely available and never intrusive, despite our reservation being made two days before the weekend. Thanks and see you next time!

The apartment responds to what was actually posted in the photo. The location is great for those who want to stay in the summer period in the Boccadasse area or for those who want to visit their son at UniGe, at the medical school, a stone's throw from San Martino. The skieligine on the cake? Private parking, available 24 HOURS, 50 m away from the apartment makes a difference

Everything was perfect, accommodation in a strategic location, we reached Sestri Levante in 14 minutes by car for dinner. Very clean room, equipped with every comfort, equipped kitchen... the hot tub is really a super treat! The only downside, unfortunately, was that the restaurant was fully booked for a private event, so we couldn't dine at the hotel. Beware of the very low ceiling in some parts of the room, the LED above the toilet is a great help to avoid bumping your head. Super super positive experience!

Gianluca was very helpful and friendly. The booking worked very well at very short notice and we felt very comfortable. The pool was great and everything was very clean. We can only recommend the property.

We had a wonderful time at Case vacanze Malonghe. The place is nice, spacious, functional, clean and located in a beautiful environment. Christian and his mom Daniella are very welcoming, responsive and have good advice for visits and restaurants. If we come back to the area, we will definitely come back to this property. Beautiful accommodation...equipped with all comforts and even more...including croissants... tea and coffee for breakfast... Everything you could possibly need was there... outdoor space with deckchair and table ideal for barbecue...same space that our dog appreciated very much... 10-star host...nice...kind...available in everything...even in recommending restaurants and interesting places in the area It's a shame we were only there for one day... but if we happen to be in the area again... we will definitely return. rating 10 thank you.

Perfect location, amazing towm

Our 10 day stay with Walter and his sweet wife Yari was great. The two are very warm and helpful. They are always reachable and respond quickly to questions. The apartment has everything you need and was warmly heated. She is easily accessible and parking was never a problem. The footpath to Cogoleto is also short and easy to do. If we travel back to this area, we will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.❤️

We had the best time in Sestri Levante and at Giovanni's place. It's very conveniently located right next to the beach and many great restaurants, shops and cafés (but still quiet and relaxed). It's spotlessly clean and has all amenities you can wish for. Giovanni is an amazing host. He was super responsive, helpful (great tips!) and friendly. We'll be back!
