Our stay was very pleasant. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the host was quick and friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the stay in Lavagna very much. The house is a little off the beaten track in a quiet area, but in a perfect location to explore Liguria. The view is fantastic. The house is clean and has all the amenities you need, even insect protection in front of all windows and the possibility to darken them. Communication with Cosimo was very good and Luigi was also very friendly and helpful on site. Overall recommended! Thanks a lot!

spacious and well-equipped apartment, it enjoys a spectacular view. Angelo was always available and very kind, upon our arrival he gave a general overview of what to visit nearby and all the public transport that we could have taken without the need to move the car.

Our stay in Rapallo, hosted by Orsini Giuseppe, was excellent. The apartment is nestled in a lovely garden, and the neighborhood is peaceful. It's conveniently located just a 12-minute drive from the beaches. The amenities were good and met our needs perfectly. We stayed with our family and had a wonderful time. Thank you!

We spent a week in the Viletta in Camogli and enjoyed the time there. The accommodation corresponded completely to the pictures and description in the listing, we were warmly welcomed and said goodbye and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The amenities of the place are tasteful and left nothing to be desired. Since it was a little fresh at times, we were very grateful for the extra electric radiators. Maria was always available for questions and was always able to help. The highlight for us was the spacious and well-kept garden where our children had a great time and we were able to relax! We would book again in a heartbeat and can highly recommend it!

Absolutely wonderful stay in such a beautiful setting. The villa is beautiful - the hand painted tiles particularly are stunning. It is traditional and well equipped. The view is what you are staying for and that was incredible! We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, eating our dinner and watching the world go by. I personally stayed in the back room where the train tracks are and I know some of the reviews mention this as an issue. I really found it absolutely fine, I had brought ear plugs which I wore (which I do normally) and it really didn't bother me. I actually quite enjoyed hearing the trains. I would say a car is needed for the villa, which we had. It would be fairly difficult to navigate without and it is approximately 250 steps up to the main road. Laura was amazing! So attentive and even got us some lovely treats as we were getting a late flight to Milan and then a long drive. Nothing was too much trouble.

there is only one thing to say about Marcello's house: simply wonderful. House equipped with every need, nothing is missing. It seems to be at home. A home with attention to detail, quiet and enjoys a wonderful view. There were 6 of us and we had a great time. I recommend everyone a nice stay in this beautiful house. Thank you again Marcello.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

What an outstanding Airbnb. The location is beautiful and very convenient to everything the area has to offer. Starting from the beginning, Michele's instructions on entering the property were very clear. The property benefits from a private parking space, which in Liguria is both rare and a luxury! Both the inside and outside space were beautiful--the pictures are very accurate. We were able to settle in right away. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen serviceable and the outside terraces perfect for lounging. The views of the sea, Rappalo and its peninsula are stunning. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. One word of caution, typical of Liguria, the house is reached by a series of stairs from the parking area. I would definitely not recommend this property to anyone who is not able to easily navigate steep steps.

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

We stayed in some of the two houses near Camogli. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. On our arrival we found a variety of food as well as beverages. Thanks again for that. Access is feasible with a normal car - contrary to some other comments. The house is quiet and private and offers a good base to relax there or make excursions on the Ligurian coast. We can recommend the house and also the caregiver and would come back there. There is a way to charge the EV at the house - but only with 1 kW, i.e. it works, it just takes.

Paolo was a phenomenal host! All of our expectations were met! The view, comfort and hospitality couldn’t have been better. I would recommend Paolo to any traveler seeking top notch service and experience.

Our family of four had an incredible stay at Franco & Paola's beautiful home. We fell in love with the house, the nature surrounding it, the ocean, even the town of Varraze itself. The house had everything we could've wanted or needed, perfectly appointed with a view that i'm still dreaming of two weeks later. Franco & Paola were amazing hosts and left impeccable local recommendations. If you are fortunate enough to book time here my only suggestion is don't make too many plans as you, like us, might have to abandon them as you'd rather not go anywhere else. Absolute highest recommendation - thank you Franco & Paola for sharing your home with us.

Large elevated villa with two terraces with beautiful views overlooking Lavagna and the sea. Very nice, clean, tastefully decorated. Barbecues and garden tables enjoyed. Parking in a plot below. We wish we could have put the car in the inner square yet available. A few bowls/dishes are lacking in dishes.

We stayed with Paolo for a week and felt super comfortable. For a group the house is perfect, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the garden and pool are beautiful. Paolo is a very very nice host and was always easily accessible and helpful.

We stayed at Andreas for 3 weeks. This was a beautiful location. The House itself was clean and well furnished. The gardens were lovely and well equipped with lovely gazebo to relax or eat in, a pool with great poolside furniture and bar b q and table under the shade of a vine. We bought our little dog with us and the garden is completely enclosed so we didn't have to worry about him escaping or getting lost. Beds were really comfy. The kitchen was really well equipped, the large balcony was a great place to eat breakfast. The village in a 5minute walk away and we went to the bakery every morning to collect breakfast. The bakery is also a locate shop a massive bonus. There is also a bar in the village which was another bonus. The Pizza restaurant in the village was brilliant you could have a 5 course meal or a pizza using all local produce. All in all this was a great place and we will definitely come back. Awesome house with a great garden and a great pool. Even if the approach is a rocky forest path, it is worth it. The house is large and has everything about large pots etc. for a great stay of up to 10 persons. Donata and Alfredo live in the house even in winter, so everything is just there! You don't have to leave the house to have a good vacation! Also, few neighbors are nearby that might bother you. But you are also within 20 minutes at a large supermarket or in 10 minutes at a small shop in the village of Mornese. Donata and alfredo are super nice and accommodating hosts. Emanuela is a very welcoming host! She introduced us to the horses in her stables, took the children for a ride, and shared her passion. The house is great, suitable for families, the pool was very nice and the presence of a large garden very appreciable! For a quiet moment in Piedmont, go there!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Incredible views of the water and bay! The house has a genuine charm and plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the pool! Elisabetta is a remarkable host with a wealth of knowledge about the area! Super responsive and a great communicator. The house is fully equipped with all you need throughout your stay. We stayed in the relaxing house for 5 days and it was a wonderful experience. The house is just like in the photos, cared for in every detail and supplied like an inhabited house, nothing is missing. The pool is very useful as well as the outdoor shower with hot water. The garden is very large and fenced for the joy of our dog. There is no shortage of deck chairs, armchairs and hammocks. The mosquito nets in every room were much appreciated. Daniele and Emanuela welcomed us in a friendly manner, showing us the house and giving us tips about the area and the farmhouses where we ate very well! Very responsive to any of our requests. The neighbors are also very nice and really helpful. We had a very good time, recommended for exploring the valley but also simply for relaxing!! The road to get there is definitely narrow and winding but not busy so it's not a problem. In short, a more than positive assessment! Thanks again for everything

We absolutely loved our stay at Stefano's house! The location was beautiful - we did some really lovely walks in the surrounding hills and some day trips to the coast. The house itself was wonderful. We loved the character of the building and appreciated the care with which it has been restored. The furniture was all really interesting and well curated. We felt right at home and it was the perfect cosy spot on the colder days. We still managed to enjoy the pool when the sun came out! We would definitely love to come and stay again someday.
