Holiday rentals with breakfast in Genoa

It’s a beautiful flat and the view from the Terrasse is to die for. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend Emanuela as a host!

Milva and Luciano are very welcoming ,helpful, but also discreet. They leave a lot of independence, but if you need it, they are there. The apartment is very nice, and well-stocked. Everything you need to not arrive with shopping bags, such as water, salt, sugar, oil, milk etc. is present by default. The place is very quiet and peaceful, very relaxing. Cogoleto reachable in less than ten minutes by car, and full of free parking. Recommended.

The accommodation at Angela's is located in a beautiful area, from the window you have a panoramic view of the wine-growing area. Angela's house makes you feel like home. Angela and her husband are very warm and pleasant. Thank you!

It's not just the place we were hosted, it's about the welcome you received. Extreme availability to meet with great costs to unexpected needs, making available more than expected. The house is really nice, kept with great care, maintains an atmosphere of yesteryear, despite being perfectly functional. A place to stop even for the rebels on the way.

I came back to Antonio's home a second time because of how much I love it. Very great host!

Elisabetta gave us the necessary instructions for entry very clearly and in summary. There was no redundant information, it was clear and sufficient. He responded very quickly when we needed anything and never stopped communicating. It was comforting that the car was parked in a safe area right next to us. The bed was quite large, clean and comfortable, the towels were quite clean. I was able to use everything in the house with peace of mind. The house is on the ground floor, making it very suitable for people with disabilities. It was very close to Seravelle designer Outlet, we had no difficulty. When I want to come here again, this is the only address I will come to. Thanks for everything 🙏

Nanuck and Francesco were excellent hosts. Beautiful property and the view from their apartment is stunning. The parking was a bit of an issue but Francesco was so proactive and personally helped us understand the parking system and helped us find a good spot too. He was very responsive and provided us with a lot of good recommendations, tips, suggestions etc. we would love to visit again.

Family trip with a 2-year-old. The house is in a really strategic position, to visit the city comfortably. Supermarket in front of the house and pharmacy for any emergency, nearby places and a few steps away from green areas for children. The aquarium and other attractions can be reached with a comfortable 10-minute walk. Nica, Paolo and Luca are really available for any eventuality, it was definitely a good choice!

Lorella’s place is wonderful! It had all of the space and amenities that my husband. 2-year-old and I needed. It was larger than I expected with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen/eating area and a wrap-around balcony. Loved the walkability of Lavagna. The apartment is within a 10 minute walk of anything we needed. She had great recommendations for restaurants! Thank you Lorella!

Franco was the most helpful, proactive & responsive host I've had on Airbnb. He took time away from his job and met me at the train station and led me through the crowds to my apartment and showed me the ropes. The space was perfect. A small, but very serviceable kitchen, a private bedroom with a comfortable bed (but watch your head on the cabinets over the bed-you'll only bonk your head once or twice before remembering to duck!), and a clean bathroom with a great shower fit the bill for me. Breakfast fruits, tea, toast and jams were there for me to start my day-a nice touch. If you like being in the thick of things, this apartment is perfect. Most nights Vernazza does shut down pretty early, but since this space is directly over a restaurant, it did get a bit rowdy sometimes. The train station is very close by, but since the trains don't run at all hours of the day and night, that was more of a convenience than a noise problem. Franco is a great host. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Super convenient accommodation for walking around the center. The house had everything you needed, including tea, coffee and croissants for breakfast. Mauro was very kind in the welcome and gave us excellent advice on the surroundings, especially for eating an excellent focaccia.

A large and very well equiped apartment. I really enjoyed the space. The window view is just really beautiful. The sorroundings are quiet and with very good pizzerias. There’s a Carrefour just a few meters away. One needs to walk a little to get to the centro storico, but it’s a very pleasant walk. I fully recommend staying at this place!

Our stay in Vernazza was a highlight of our Italy trip, and this AirBnB made it unforgettable. Traveling as a family of six, we found the perfect mix of comfort, space, and charm. The location was ideal: close to the train, harbor, and restaurants, yet peaceful and tucked away. We loved waking to the sound of the sea and stepping right into the heart of Vernazza. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, even leaving snacks to greet us. If you're visiting Vernazza, don’t miss this place — it truly felt like our own slice of paradise.

Ruth is the best host with great communication, clear instructions and tips about the area and very proactive and responsive. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with local art. The apartment faces the sea and is not on the main side of town so the only sound we heard was the lapping of the waves on the rocks below. A quiet oasis in the midst of a bustling tourist destination. The town was quieter from 5:30pm until 10am so we took advantage of early morning hikes to beat the heat and crowds. The patio was perfect and made me not want to leave the apartment! Ruth provided everything one could need from a beach bag and yoga mat to an iron and some drinks and snacks upon arrival. Ruth has thought of everything to make her guests feel pampered and welcomed. Thank you for sharing Vernazza and this beautiful apartment with us. We can’t wait to return.

Great stay, beautiful apartment, bright, spacious, nicely decorated, very well equipped. Parking was very handy with direct access into the apartment from the gated parking lot. The location was great for walking down to Boccadasse. We also walked into Genoa and then caught a bus back (no. 44, about 20 minutes), all very easy. The host was willing to let us arrive early, which we appreciated. Had a few hiccups with check-in but the host was responsive. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to visit Genoa.

Ricardo is a lovely host. We enjoyed our stay at Genoa. There is also a bus right in front of the house which runs every 30 mins.

Consider yourself lucky to have booked this place! It’s a wonderful, serene getaway. Please be sure you understand that you have to carry your things up a steep & rugged trail. Recommend you pack a backpack and NOT a suitcase. Once you settle in, you will be so happy. The atmosphere is comfy & casual & the food is good. Marco & Ina are lovely hosts and they aim to please. Be sure to book La Torre restaurant too. A rare gem - this stay at L’Eremo Sul Mare.

Great location, and the place matched all of the descriptions! Although we did not get to meet Luisa, she was very responsive and helpful. Ms. Tea, the person who checked us in, was friendly and welcoming.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was an easy 5 min to the beach and restaurants, as well as the train station.

A M A Z I N G It was our last night in Italy and we couldn't have imagined a better end. The place was wonderful. So much attention had been put into the details. We received a very warm welcome from the host and she made sure everything was provided. Really nice! You can always use a coffee or tea, which is really a plus for us. And the breakfast was very well cared for. You saw that love had been put in. The rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. It's a dream to wake up here. You have amazing views. We recommend everyone to stay the night here!

Super nice hosts, was spontaneously chosen for the transit and luckily the right thing for me. The old town is also great to explore in the evening and invites you to have a cheap dinner.

We had enjoyed the stay in Mariella's villa very much. The place is very nice and modernly furnished. Beautiful and modern furniture, beautiful and large bathroom, fly screen on the patio door. A large terrace with a magnificent view of the city and the sea. Breakfast was fantastically prepared by Cristina with delicious scrambled eggs with bacon and many other treats. Cristina is an excellent host, always in a good mood. She always had a lot of suggestions for the upcoming day. The car can be parked directly at the accommodation on the street. The path into the city is steep but easy to reach. We 100% recommend the place.

We had a great vacation at Valentina's! It is simply fantastically beautiful there, Valentina is an incredibly warm person and we were joyfully greeted every morning for breakfast by the lovely dogs and cats. We also had a lot of fun at the cooking class with Valentina.
