Monthly Rentals in Gardiner

If you want a private, well furnished home in the woods with fishing access on the stream and 2 fire pits this is your place!! Staying at this house made a work trip for my crew and I, feel like we were on vacation for 2 nights while staying there. Worth the money and great hosts!

Super cool space, artistically decorated, and comfortable for the two of us and our senior dog. The kitchen has a great layout for a small space, and was really fun to cook in. We hope to return soon!

I stayed in Unit 5 for a month, then moved to Unit 2 (July 10 to September 10).The stained glass added a beautiful touch to the practical rooms, and the quiet, walkable neighborhood was amazing. Both units are pet-friendly, and I brought my small special needs dog. While they were cleaned before check-in, I chose to do additional cleaning as it’s a high-turnover building and pet hair can linger. The location is unbeatable with effortless parking, which is a great feature. Close to Augusta and nearby towns. Unfortunately, the dryer in Unit 2 was broken when I switched rooms, making the laundromat necessary for the my entire stay. Shawn was quick to respond and tried to fix the issue. Though it wasn’t resolved during my stay, I appreciated his effort and communication. My dog and I enjoyed our easygoing summer stay and fell in love with Gardiner. It is a gem and we will remember it forever!
