We chose to stay at Ana’s place before heading into appenzell the following day and found it was the perfect spot to rest the night. Small kitchenette with an added bonus of snacks provided by Ana in fridge! Thoughtful and very responsive host when questions would arise. Would definitely loved to have stayed longer!

Marianne's vacation home is a real insider tip! Idyllically located, with wonderful tranquility, fantastic views and everything you need to switch off. The three of us really enjoyed the days - from the relaxed barbecue in the evening to the spectacular thunderstorm over the mountains. Thanks to the well thought-out equipment, from raclette to board games, we lacked nothing. No wonder that many guests like to come back - we certainly do!

We wanted to spend the weekend away from everything to enjoy nature and this place was perfect for doing just that. Everything was wonderful. We felt right at home. The views of the valley and mountains are beautiful. The chalet was very clean. We cooked our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Even our dogs loved it. All you will hear are the sounds of birds and cow bells. There are hiking trails that you can start right from the chalet. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!
