Enjoy a magical vacation overlooking the ocean just 5 minutes from downtown. Stylish and comfortable apartments have all the amenities. On the roof of the house there is a platform where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view of the center of Funchal and the ocean. In the new year from this point the best view of New Year's fireworks! The center and the beach can be reached: on foot 45 minutes, by bus (stop near the house) or taxi 5-8 minutes. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the house.

The apartment is located in a quiet and touristy area of Caniço de Baixo next to the beach of Reis Magos. Nearby there are grocery stores, restaurants. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a small children’s room with bunk bed and with with toys, a large bright lounge combined with a kitchen. Large flat-screen cable TV. The bright kitchen is equipped: oven, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle and coffee machine, toaster. A bottle of Portuguese wine and the fruit on arrival.

The apartment is located in a modern and comfortable low-rise house, in a quiet and well-kept area of Funchal. Fortaleza de Sao Joao Baptista do Pico is a 2-min walk from where you have an incredible view of the whole city. There you will also find Cafe Fortaleza, where you can have a tasty and affordable snack. It takes 10-15 mins to get to the center (the whole town consists of ascents and descents). Nearby is a bus stop, you can use a cab Bolt (about €4 to the shopping center La Vie).
