Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Funchal

Sarah and Ciarán's villa is beautifully located with views from all living and sleeping areas. We enjoyed the house, the different balconies and the terrace in the garden. It was very quiet. The house was very clean and well equipped. Sarah provided us with plenty of tips and instructions and always responded quickly and pleasantly. Basic necessities can be purchased in the shop/restaurant across the street. And we ate wonderfully.

The house is lovely! It has everything you need to spend a few days with friends or family together. We had a barbecue outside one evening. The inside could benefit from warmer lighting, especially in the dining area. WiFi only worked in the lounge. Location wise, you need a car to get there. The nearest town is the pretty village of camara des lobos, with good restaurants options. But you won’t be able to reach it unless you have a car.

Had a very nice stay here, beautiful house and view. Lovely private yard/garden. Easy check-in instructions and parking, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The only comment is that this did not actually reserve the entire guest house as is described, it was "only" the bottom floor. This was fine for me, but as it's an old house, you could quite clearly hear the guests on the upper floor - this wasn't a problem as they weren't exceptionally loud, but just want to mention that it was shared. Thanks for the nice stay!! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect, and the view was absolutely stunning and it was truly one of the highlights of the trip. The pool was amazing and made for a relaxing and enjoyable time every day. The host Bruno was fantastic, always responsive, incredibly friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

It was a very nice and calm check in, he showed us everthing including flyers and information about the region and even tho he lived in the same house we barely noticed it, so 5 stars in every way and Recommendation to stay at this place while exploring madeira !!!!

Great accommodation, very spacious, in a relatively quiet location. The welcome was very friendly. We tried to cook, next time we would appreciate a proper kitchen knife, but we managed, the kitchen equipment is otherwise more than sufficient. Definitely recommend!

The location of this apartment was great! Lots of good food around, and just a couple minutes to walk to the beach. We really loved the part of town where this is. Everything was clean and nicely set up. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the building. The bed was comfortable, check in was easy and with super high ceilings it felt very spacious. She gave us advice about where to park for free. It was about .25 mile away, and the weekend had free parking even closer. Apple Maps and google maps were both slightly wrong when routing us- but we ended up asking around and routing to a restaurant right next door to find it.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Good Memories Lodge. The place was amazingly comfortable, the parking was closeby in Parque St. Lucia, and the location was very central to be able to easily explore Funchal without a car. Cesar and Erica were both very helpful and responsive both on checking in and checking out. They gave us a list of amenities that we can easily use in the city and closeby. I made a mistake whilst booking as I forgot to book the first night as it was a travel day - Cesar helped us as much as he could for checking in the next day and allowed us to change the check in time. The accomodation is very modern and one of the best we've been in during our stay.

My experience with this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The location was excellent, close to everything I needed, and the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He was very responsive to messages and even went the extra mile by providing airport pickup and drop-off, which made my trip so much more convenient. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. I felt right at home during my stay. I highly recommend this host and would definitely book with him again in the future!

Caniço's apartment was in excellent condition and with the necessary amenities. The location was also great because the surroundings were calm and is a 15-minute drive from Funchal and other attractions. I can strongly recommend it!

The apartment was perfect for us. It was very clean, good wifi and well equipped with everything you need to live there for three weeks. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk downhill to the promenade - it is located in a quieter residential area and has free parking. The ocean view was amazing. The apartment is located near supermarket ( 3 min walk) and shopping center ( 10 min walk). There are some local restaurants nearby and bus stop on the doorstep. You could go by bus or walk (4-5 km) to the tourist city center of Funchal. Maria responded quickly to English-language messages. She gave us a lot of tips and was very nice and friendly. We highly recommend the apartment and we would definitely come back. Once again, thank you Maria for your host.

Stayed for over 2-months at Jacque's apartment and had a great time there. The apartment is exactly like the photos: spacious, clean, and with fantastic ocean views. I found the location to be excellent, less than a 10-min walk into the local town where there are shops, cafes, and supermarkets. The local botanical garden, Quinta Splendida, is also very close by and well-worth a visit (free entrance and has a great cafe). As a host, Jacque was excellent: very friendly, responsive, and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jacque's apartment to other AirBnB guests. 10/10.

My 2nd time at this place and always amazed by the quality of the flat and how greatly located it is

We stayed at this apartment for 1 week a few years ago. This time we stayed for 80 days. This apartment was ideal for our stay. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was great. I appreciated having the apartment cleaned every week. I also appreciated all the goodies Ana left for us upon our arrival. We could easily walk to Funchal. We also took the Aerobus to the airport, the bus stops right in front of the building. Great apartment, we enjoyed our stay.

Just 500meters from the main streets of Funchal its extremely easy to walk around from the apartment.

Thank you Ana the apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! brilliantly spacious, beautiful sea and restaurant views from the balcony, private sunbathing balcony and an almost private pool on the rooftop. the location is perfect to walk down to the seafront or to funchal centre. with brilliant buses just across the road. A really well stocked supermarket is a few minutes walk away and a well equipped kitchen made it super easy to cook at the apartment. I really reccomend Anas apartment we would certainly come back to wlexplore more of the beautiful island. Ana was a perfect host with a wonderful welcome pack when we arrived. Thank you again!
