Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Jedoch ein Auto sollte man haben, ansonsten könnte es schwierig werden.

We absolutely loved being right on the ocean! It was within feet of the house!- with the waves crashing and the patio where we ate all our meals, provided an excellent ambiance for our trip. We stayed 6 nights and were so glad we didn’t move around to other places. The promenade next to the house is very scenic and offered a one mile round trip walk along the ocean . Watching the surfers was also a plus.

Raquel’s place was absolutely impeccable. After five nights of hopping between different beds, my friend and I felt so lucky to land here for three restful nights — exactly what we needed. The space had everything we could have asked for and more. The check-in process was super easy, and Raquel had everything clearly laid out with thoughtful instructions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us — it truly felt like a breath of fresh air.

Maison familiale, agréable dans un très joli village au calme sans voiture. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Jardim do mar, ses petites ruelles avec ses jardins typiques ! Merci Sofia, nous étions comme à la maison 😊🙏

Der Urlaub auf Madeira war nicht zuletzt wegen der tollen Wohnung in der Woodloversvilla unvergesslich! Jardim do Mar ist ein wunderschöner Ort im Südwesten mit sehr guter Gastronomie, ruhig gelegen mit Zugang zum Meer. Von dort hatten wir einen guten Startpunkt die Insel mit ihren vielfältigen Möglichkeiten zu erkunden! Am Abend haben wir die tolle Stimmung am Haus genossen! Auch das nachhaltige Konzept von Ruben und Lúcio haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Madeira und die Woodlovers sind unbedingt zu empfehlen immer wieder eine Reise wert! Petra und Alex

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BHF Residence. Odette was a wonderful host, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and responding immediately to a mix up with our keys. The residence is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a view of the ocean, and easy access to restaurants and stores as well as some of the better hiking trails. The layout of the house is perfect for two couples, had all the amenities one would want and everything was super clean. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view, the pictures don’t even do it justice. Maria’s place is the perfect location to stay and explore the island if you are travelling by car. It was so nice to come back to and relax by the heated pool after a day of hiking. The small town near by is great for restaurants too which was nice to visit in the evening. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to explore Madeira with a rental car. One of the nicest Airbnbs I have ever stayed at

Clean, spacious, amazing balcony and view of the ocean. Had a great 2 weeks here. Cafes, restaurants, grocery store, beach all within walking distance. The apartment is in a quiet, private building, can still hear a bit of noise from the road in the back 2 bedrooms but not a big complaint considering how calm and peaceful the place is in general. Thank you!

We are glad we booked at this spot! The balcony was wonderful to have and everything was clean. What stood out the most was our very responsive host making sure we got all checked in even while her car was broken down on the side of the road! Despite the emergency, she responded to all our messages promptly and helped us check in. I was extra grateful when I woke up extremely sick from some bad fruit the night before and we were allowed a late check out until I recovered! We even left one of our passports at check out and she made sure the staff kept it safe for us. Very helpful owners, would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Madeira Apartments. Luciano was very responsive and answered questions we had before our stay including recommendations for rental cars. Sarah greeted us on arrival, she was so warm and welcoming and gave us lots of great recommendations. The apartment was very clean and we felt right at home straight away - the rooftop pool was also great to enjoy after some hikes! We would definitely stay again if we are ever able to come back to Madeira!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement ! (famille de 6 personnes) Celui-ci est bien situé, une belle vue, endroit très paisible et privé. Il est très bien équipé, piscine chauffée (pour 30€/J), barbecue disponible, très spacieux et propre. Ce qui en fait un très bon rapport qualité-prix. On recommande !

Superbe appartement ! Parfait pour un séjour a Madère. Le logement est tout équipé avrc une salle de bain par chambre ce qui est très pratique pour un groupe de voyageurs, la résidence avec piscine est un vrai plus. Je recommande fortement ce logement. Hôte disponible pour toute question.

Heliodoro was really nice and welcoming. He does use his appartment by himself when it is vacant. This expains why everything is tidy, well equipped and taken care of. Also Heli is super friendly and helpful with all requests. Absolutely 5* plus, when Madeira sees me again, it will be at Helis place. tanks for all!

loved our stay in this apartment in Funchal, it was in a great location, just round the corner from the street with the painted doors with lots of restaurants to chose from. we loved sitting on the large balcony watching the cable cars. The apartment is just like the photos, clean and modern. we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful, freshly renovated apartment – we were lucky to be among the first guests, and everything was in perfect condition. The place is exactly like the photos, with high-quality furnishings and thoughtful details. It was ideal for staying with our small child – comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly friendly and professional, always reachable, and even did a personal check-in to show us around. There’s a shared home gym and a nice pool in the building, and a big supermarket just across the street, which was super convenient.

What a unique place with everything you’ll need to prepare whatever meals you want, Mario has thought of everything! . Stairs are a bit steep, but well worth it when you see the expansive sea. Location is great- walking distance to the market and other things. We really enjoyed ourselves here!

Der Kontakt mit Dan war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Willkommenskorb mit Nudeln, Wein, Wasser und Bier – eine wirklich schöne Geste! Sehr praktisch fanden wir die vielen Steckdosenleisten, bereitliegenden Strandtücher, Fusselbürsten sowie die vorhandenen Regenmäntel und den Regenschirm – perfekt für alle Wetterlagen. Auch an Spiele wurde gedacht, was wir klasse fanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die liebevoll gestalteten Informationsblätter in der Unterkunft waren äußerst hilfreich und beantworteten alle offenen Fragen. Der Check-In verlief dank der klaren Anleitung, die wir im Vorfeld erhalten hatten, absolut reibungslos. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Super Unterkunft, direkt am Meer gelegen, man kann direkt aus dem Bett aufs Meer schauen! Die Unterkunft ist super eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Stellplatz für den Mietwagen war ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

This place was beautiful— close to the water & close to so many great views & restaurants. Staying at the shopping center with a market was extra convenient. The best place we stayed on our several city honeymoon trip :)
