Monthly Rentals in Fruitland

The farmhouse stay was even better than the listing to see it in person. From the moment you turn in on the drive you will love it. The home was spotless and has everything you could need. It's like you having your own mini state park with trails and a waterfall. Very peaceful and I loved seeing the cows, goats and donkeys everyday. Great location and the host are very accommodating and even took time to share the history about the property. 5 star stay

I stayed for a couple weeks and needed a place that provided all amenities: kitchen, laundry. This cottage did all that and it was very clean and easy to get to.

This was a roomy one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Tonya was very responsive to my texts, whenever I had questions or needed anything. There is a lovely view of the apple orchards and mountains. The bed is very comfortable!

I really loved staying in Liz’s cottage. It was so peaceful and private. A perfect home base for our girl’s trip to the North Carolina mountains. The little stream that runs behind the cottage was one of our favorite parts. A great place to have some quiet time in the morning. Liz was also so responsive and helpful to the questions that I had. I cannot recommend enough.
