Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in French Broad River

This is a gorgeous home, we loved how cozy it felt. Location is perfect, can easily walk to the slopes. Highly recommend.

Sheryl's place was one of the best air b n b's that we have rented the inside was clean, the hot tub was spectacular (especially with the sun setting) and it was very quiet/peaceful! The unit was very convenient to downtown sugar mountain, Boone and grandfather mountain. Sheryl provided a guide detailing instructions on the unit as well as nearby recommendations, which were helpful. We would gladly stay here again next time we take a trip to the mountains. Great house! Fun amenities with air hockey table and hot tub. Great location! Right on a ski slope of Beech Mountain Resort. It was also very nice to have a TV living area upstairs and downstairs. Melissa and her team were always quick to respond to any questions. Great place!

John's unit was a very nice place to stay. Everything we needed was available and easily accessed. Location was perfect for all the amenities /restaurants/hiking/shopping. We would highly recommend this place to stay for your visit to the western Carolina mountains. John was responsive and available when needed. Come to Sapphire Valley for a great vacation.

Above it All is exactly that! Sit back relax or ride the parkway this place feels home. You want the best kept secrets for yourself but then everyone needs to experience Above it All once, just remember treat it like home and Enjoy.

This is one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed at. Amy has put a tremendous amount of thought and care into her home and it shows. This is not one of your run of the mill vacation rentals with the bare necessities. This is truly a home away from home. If you’re looking for a place to stay, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area, look no further. We stayed here for a family ski trip and it was perfect. You can walk down to the slopes or watch from the back porch. It’s a great location but the host’s attention to detail makes it even better.

I had a great month long early spring stay at this mountainside studio condo with beautiful mountain and valley views. The unit was clean, comfortable, relaxing, and was perfect for my very simple needs. There are many on site and nearby (non-ski season) mountain hiking trails and quiet neighborhood road walking routes. I appreciated having access to the heated indoor pool and fitness room in the community clubhouse. Overall, a wonderful spot for anyone looking to enjoy the mountains!

We had a great stay at William's place. it was clean, peaceful and we felt right at home. The grill and hot tub made it a great place to relax, unwind, and cook out after a day out. Would definitely stay again!

What a great place! Also the host was very kind and great communication! Very nice place and only 10 minutes from Sugar Mountain. Wonderful amenities including pool, hot tub, sauna, library, shop, workout room etc etc. Only (potential) issue which is no fault of the owners is that this is a large 10 story condo complex. On busy days, especially around the weekend it can get very busy during check in and check out and you have to park outside of the guard shack and get shuttled back to the condo. Again, we didn’t really have much of a hang up but others did-just something to keep in mind. Fantastic place, and well equipped! Thank you again!

My family and I spent a week at Rick and Elaine's, and it was wonderful. Outside of a rainy Monday the weather cooperated. Everything was as described. and Rick always got back to me on any question I had before our trip. Nothing went wrong while we were there, so I didn't need to bother him. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing, and we really enjoyed the porch. This place is prime for the winter ski season. You can literally walk about 100' and be at the slope. Not sure about Beech's rules. but I would imagine you could buy your lift ticket ahead of time, put it on your jacket, then snowboard right down to the lift . I plan on coming back and taking advantage of that for sure once my youngster gets a little bit older. Very easy to get all of your belongings into the house upon arrival. It can be tricky at some places in the mountains. Overall a great stay and safe for young children.

Greay cozy little spot felt right and home and relaxed. Perfect distance from beech mintain as well literally 2 mins away and made the stay that much better. Parking may be slightly tight for bigger vehicles is all.

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights for a long weekend of skiing. We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was cosy and clean and the baseboard heaters & fireplace kept us warm during some especially cold weather. Although in a very quiet rural setting, the cabin was close to the main street of Maggie Valley and all the restaurants, and only a 15 minute drive to the ski area. In the evenings we had fun playing bowling on the Nintendo Wii!

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful house and views! We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to cook!

Perfect place for our family to spread out or gather together. Well suited for a mixture of night owls and early birds since there were multiple gathering spaces. Hot tub was great for after a hike; enjoyed the pool table and grill as well. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all meals. We also appreciated not having to bring a pack n play since one is provided. Hosts responded remarkably quickly to any question and were a delight to work with. We all had a wonderful time.

I can't say enough good things about Scott and Christina's home! The game room was so much fun! The game room is in a nice and separate building. We enjoyed having access to games, Sling TV, a clean home, plenty of towels, and minimal chores. The home was well stocked with extra pillows and blankets. The hosts were very friendly and responsive! We absolutely loved our stay! We'll definitely go back! I strongly recommend staying here! Thank you, Scott and Christina!

Fantastic stay at a peaceful location. It was nice seeing all the surrounding Christmas trees from the cabin during the Christmas season. Robbie was very friendly and we loved his cabin. Cannot wait to go back in the future.

This is a great place to stay, I loved the surplus amount of towels, the simple check in, and Ofcourse the views. I will always stay here when in town. Even tho this is a 5 start review across the board, My only note is that check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Check-in at 3pm would be lovely but check-out should be at least 11am. The place is huge and you can spend all morning rushing to check-out if not careful. I personally check-out very early but for future guest that may be difference maker in booking. Again, the place was amazing, host were responsive, amenities and toiletries were abundant.
