Holiday rentals with a hot tub in French Broad River

I had a little trouble getting in with the keypad, but that is probably more about my lack of knowledge with keypad entries. 😂 The home was spotless when we arrived and we filled it with lots of laughter and fun! The back deck was amazing - even in a gentle rain. And, our last night there we enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. Mike and Cate were INCREDIBLY helpful and communicative. They answered every question within minutes and made us feel well taken care of. Departure was easy and they requested minimal prep for departure. They made staying at their home easy and comfortable. 👍

Loved staying at this mountain getaway! We enjoyed the beautiful views on the deck and we were able to play 18 holes at the course that the house is overlooking. Such a cool spot and I can’t wait to be back!

Awesome oasis in tree-covered canopy! We stayed at the airstream more then we ventured out! We loved the outdoor area and even took a nap on the sofa! We took numerous dips in the hot tub and grilled out! We loved the tree-lighted areas indoors and very detail has been thought out! Thank you for a wonderful getaway and would definitely recommend to others! Loved tubing with Brevard Tubing .3 miles away! Hiked to waterfalls in DuPont State Park. Well worth it! Beautiful! Walked in downtown Brevard to shop. A must!

All I can say is WOW!!! Pictures really don’t do this place justice. The attention to detail and how perfectly Ken made everything is amazing. I can’t wait to come back next year!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay here! The view from the living room is spectacular on its own - not to mention the layout of the home is one of envy. I was taking notes on the tasteful and charming decor. We were lucky enough to be here on an evening when a storm was rolling in. Watching it approach from the porch was so incredibly relaxing. The only downside is there aren't really trails or anything close by, but I think the serenity and privacy you achieve on this property is second-to-none. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay. Was a very homey environment and the hosts are very kind and responsive people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the green creek shipyard 2.0! It exceeded every expectation. Contactless checkin. We loved the swing bed over the waterfall and spent a lot of time down there and in the hot tub. We came with a whole itinerary of activities but ended up just soaking in our time at the airbnb! Bed was super comfortable and we slept great. We brought our counter top ice maker and next time I’d bring a fan as the first night it was warm in the bedroom as the split ac unit is in the living room but by the second night it did cool down a lot. We brought some card/dice games, and played corn hole. We spent majority of our time outside enjoying each other and the scenery. We had neighbors in the next container but never saw them, only occasionally could hear them. It was very private and romantic which we loved. We ended up hiking triple falls and ate at the silver spoon saloon at the tryon equestrian center. Hope to be back soon, and wished we booked another night!

Our families stayed here for our niece’s wedding and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed all the amenities, there was plenty of space for everyone, and it’s conveniently close to downtown. Such a beautiful and unique place!

We had an awesome time at Resting Eagle. The home is beautiful and very clean. Amazing views, great floor plan for families!! The beds are incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!! Jason is a great host!

I had an amazing stay at Casey’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, with beautiful views of Lake Lure. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful decor and extra amenities. Casey was a fantastic host—quick to respond, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Lake Lure!

Beautiful place in the woods but still close to Asheville. We loved staying here!

We really enjoyed our weekend! The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. And the view was breathtaking! It was the perfect place for our whole family to gather and celebrate our son’s graduation from WCU!

This place was incredible! The mountain view was absolutely picturesque - like something out of a postcard. The interior was just as impressive - stylish, thoughtfully decorated and with such a cool vibe that I genuinely felt cooler just for staying there. It's clear the host put a lot of care into creating a space that's both comfortable and memorable. If you're looking for a place to stay in Lake Lure, I can't recommend this house enough! We also really enjoyed our dining experience at Grey Hawk Bar and Gardens. The food, drinks and atmosphere were incredible and it's only 3 minutes from the house!

Hidden gem with breathtaking views and near popular hiking spots! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible place and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! The property itself was even more stunning in person than in the photos! I loved having the homemade pizza that was included. It was very easy to make and it was such a fun date night, the pizza was delicious! The place itself was spotless and very luxurious! We also loved the YouTube tutorials on how to work the amenities, it was very helpful. Julie was amazing and always got back to us right away, we also met her husband and he was super nice and helpful with hiking recommendations! We will definitely be back soon!!

Eric was always quick to respond to my questions. Was willing to give genuine suggestions. Was very easy to talk to. Loved the location and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We loved the cabin and its peaceful surroundings. The cabin was perfectly rustic, comfortable and easy to use. The wood fired hot tub was fun to use and relaxing. We enjoyed playing on the River and visiting local communities. I highly recommend a stay at the cabin and plan to come back!

A beautiful space. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and had all our needs within reach with no issues to speak of. Waynesville was a treat and so was our stay. I was really inpressed with how cool the interior of the airbnb was.

We had a wonderful trip! Enjoyed the fire pit and beautiful views from the deck. Our first time to the smoky mountains and we were very pleased with the location and ease of getting to the park. Especially enjoyed the quieter side of the park. Host was very responsive to our questions and things we needed help with. We would definitely stay at their properties again. Me and my husband had the best time staying at this cabin! We loved that it was in the smaller town of Weaverville but such a close drive to Asheville! The cabin is so private and it was very quiet and peaceful the whole stay. Everything inside was extremely clean and organized. Nothing was confusing at all! The hot tub, fire pit, automatic shade, huge walk in shower, super comfy king bed, framed TV, and gas stove were some of our favorite features! We definitely hope to be staying here again in the future, not to mention Jessica and Travis were the best hosts ever, super responsive, gave great recommendations, and were very flexible! We HIGHLY recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Modcabins in Asheville. The cabin was exactly as described. It was clean, the area was private, and it was the perfect get-away-from-home-for-the-weekend experience. We appreciated the amenities like the record player. The hot tub made for relaxing and beautiful views at sunset. We also got to experience a mom and cub black bears exploring the woods in front of the cabin as we were preparing for dinner; it was amazing watching them. We would recommend for anyone looking to stay in a cute little place for two looking for a quiet get-away together.

This cabin was amazing! From the host’s hospitality, the cabin location and many amenities, and the peacefulness we had during our stay! The cabin was well stocked with everything that you could ask for! Our favorite amenity would have to be the fire pit by the creek! We sat out there every evening and just enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the creek. One evening we were treated to a visit from a mama turkey and her 7 babies while sitting by the fire pit! We would definitely recommend this cabin to others and will certainly come back for another stay sometime! Thank you Sara for your hospitality!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was close enough to Asheville and plenty of things to do. The host and lots of great recommendations for food and hiking. We drove to upper creek falls and it was well worth the drive and hike.
