Holiday rentals with breakfast in French Broad River

We loved our stay! It was quiet and in a lovely location. The house was super clean and we felt at home. It had everything we needed for our visit to the area and plenty of space to work remote too. There was a power outage when we arrived and for most of the evening and Jessica was very responsive. We enjoyed visiting some local places like cat cafes (Cats at Play Cafe & House of Black Cat Magic) and breweries (Whistle Hop, Turgua and Highland). I love to thrift and can recommend the Asheville Humane Thrift Store.

My husband needed to stay in the area and Ricky’s place was very convenient. He had an amazing rest time.

Absolutely gorgeous location and the amenities were fantastic. Sadly we only stayed a single night but we enjoyed every part of the house. My wife and daughter were enamored by the creek and outdoor experience even though a flash rainstorm prevented us from experiencing it after dinner. Great place we recommend it!

Beautiful panoramic views! Just book it already! We had the most amazing family trip with four generations under one roof. Plenty of room for the six of us to spread out and the pool table was a big hit for my 13 year old nephew. When not out exploring the area we spent most of our time on the front porch relaxing and birdwatching. Hot tub was a welcome touch. The nearby Looking Glass Falls is not to be missed! House is very convenient to Blue Ridge Parkway, Smokey Mountains National Park, and Asheville. Kitchen is stocked with all the pots/pans, etc. that you need to make home cooked meals, including seasonings and cooking oil. We highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was spacious and comfortable. Very thoughtful touches and a great view of the lake.

Susan’s place was clean and a great fit for 2 couples and a couple doggos. Bathrooms were great, as was the huge walk in closet in the king bedroom. Luggage stands were very helpful as well. We would definitely stay again and recommend. The only down side for us was the driveway was a bit small for two full size pickups and neither would fit in the garage. But we parked in the street and the guys in the other side of the duplex said they didn’t mind it so all was well. Great stay.

Cheryl’s place is such a peaceful little oasis! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We loved interacting with Cheryl, her husband, and their farm animals in the morning. It was a great stay and we would definitely come back.

Highly recommend staying here! The balcony is lovely, the views are lovely, and just down the hill is a wonderful brewery with even more lovely views. We love staying in the French broad district and hope to visit again soon.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Fluor Field. Matthew's place was an easy walk to/from the field. It is a cute, vintage apartment and Matthew's description is very accurate. We used the noise machine and didn't have any issue sleeping. We had everything we needed for our stay.

This was our second stay we have stayed on both sides of the Airbnb and we absolutely loved them both it was peaceful and relaxing just what we needed 😊

This cute little downstairs apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip! It’s a great space for two people to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We spent our mornings on the porch swing drinking coffee and at night would head into town to eat at the recommended restaurants. The place was cute, homey, and had amazing views of the mountains!

We were so lucky to find this place about 2 miles from my Son’s house. After a short ride on some windy, hilly roads (not bad at all) we arrived in a lovely neighborhood. As hosts they were friendly and helpful and more than generous. They supplied breakfast foods, water bottles, and other food stuffs that were more than welcome after a long drive. The Airbnb was spotless and welcoming, bed (master, we didn’t use the other bedroom) was extremely comfortable. Of course the hot tub was a huge bonus that was also a welcomed perk. Barbara and Steve were there when we arrived and were More than gracious. From start to finish our visit was perfect. We felt right at home and access to downtown Weaverville and Asheville was a breeze. We will definitely return.

We found perfect place to spend our weekend while attending Yoga retreat in town. Liz was very helpful and gave very clear instructions about checkin and was very prompt in her responses. We are surely coming back to this place soon again.

We had the pleasure of staying at Melodie’s apartment while in town for a wedding. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls loved having their own bunk beds and the King Bed was very comfortable. Everything we wanted or needed was provided. Melodie was so gracious and very responsive. I only wish we had more time to spend at the place enjoying how beautiful and peaceful it all is. This couldn’t be located in a better area. Loved waking up to seeing the mountains and rolling hills. What a wonderful trip and we’ll be back!

Jennifer is a bright and energetic human with so much soul. She was so patient with some extra accommodations I needed and proactive in helping me problem solve. The place was clean and quiet, an excellent place to rejuvenate and rest. I would 10/10 recommend this place and will stay again in the future!

Tamara and Marc were so welcoming and had everything set up for the most amazing experience. There was not one detail left un attended to. They went above and WAY beyond with supplies and amazing treats. For a very small price Tamara prepared the most amazing picnic for us that we had by the creek. We spent hours down there with our pup. The nature and surroundings as well as the beautiful Forrest cabin in the trees were only exceeded by their gracious hospitality. This was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Tamara and Marc!!!!

A paradise for those who love the woods like us. So quiet you could hear gentle breezes blowing through the trees. Cottage was clean and spacious inside. Nice side porch to sit on in the early evening. Ruth and Stephen were very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to another stay.

Our son was getting married nearby, so the Hunt House was home base for our side of the family. One night we had a cookout using the big Blackstone in the garage and the three picnic tables in the spacious side yard. It is a safe spot for kids to run around and climb the giant tree with branches close to the ground. Perfect. Inside, the kitchen is well-equipped, and unlike most places, there are plenty of good hangers in the closets and extra necessities, too. The living room furniture could be more comfortable, but we’ve stayed at the Hunt House several times and love it there.

We absolutely loved our time at Nana’s Place. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Hands down, one of the most comfortable stays we’ve ever had. And the milk and cookies? Total chef’s kiss—just the kind of simple touch that makes a place unforgettable. Thanks for sharing your amazing spot with us. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Our family stayed at David's Airbnb, so we could attend NHRA at Thunder Valley. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. While staying we seen many deer and a woodchuck in the back yard. Also see a silver fox near by. Lots of good restaurants around and they have an amazing skating rink near by. Would definitely stay at this home again. Check-in and Check-out were easy also.

Chuck and Becky are great! They continuously went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Homemade breakfast every morning, even catering to what my 6 year old would eat. They had games for my kid to play and were extremely knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely be back when we come to town.

Sweet little country inn feel with beautiful mountain views. Yummy breakfasts and very gracious host. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway for hiking.
