Cabin holiday rentals in French Broad River

Joe and Karly were so kind and their cabin was everything we were looking for to celebrate our honeymoon. The location was private and serene. The cabin was clean and cozy with everything you could need! Joe and Karly let us know ahead of time about an unscheduled maintenance check happening to the cabin. They made sure we were taken care of and knew what was going on. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone! It was beautiful and had breathtaking views! We miss it already!

What a great place to stay! We loved the cabin and it was a great launching point for hikes or to just stay in and relax. Would definitely return!

Words can’t begin to describe these incredible and amazing people. My husband and I were at Chimney Rock celebrating our honeymoon at Brett and Pam’s place when Hurricane Helene hit. Unprecedented isn’t the right word, but all I can think of. This cabin was literally our shelter from the storm and Pam and Brett were there for us every moment as they were going through their own devastation. The people of Chimney Rock are the most special community you will ever meet. We will do everything we can to support them and will be back as they begin to rebuild. We were just visitors as the whole town went through a catastrophic event, but feel forever connected to and invested in the town of Chimney Rock. Brett and Pam, thank you for opening your beautiful home to us, and for creating a sense of safety, community, and care. You are forever friends and will forever be a part of our lives.

We had a wonderful trip! Enjoyed the fire pit and beautiful views from the deck. Our first time to the smoky mountains and we were very pleased with the location and ease of getting to the park. Especially enjoyed the quieter side of the park. Host was very responsive to our questions and things we needed help with. We would definitely stay at their properties again. Cozy bed and everything we needed for the week. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Modcabins in Asheville. The cabin was exactly as described. It was clean, the area was private, and it was the perfect get-away-from-home-for-the-weekend experience. We appreciated the amenities like the record player. The hot tub made for relaxing and beautiful views at sunset. We also got to experience a mom and cub black bears exploring the woods in front of the cabin as we were preparing for dinner; it was amazing watching them. We would recommend for anyone looking to stay in a cute little place for two looking for a quiet get-away together.

This cabin was amazing! From the host’s hospitality, the cabin location and many amenities, and the peacefulness we had during our stay! The cabin was well stocked with everything that you could ask for! Our favorite amenity would have to be the fire pit by the creek! We sat out there every evening and just enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the creek. One evening we were treated to a visit from a mama turkey and her 7 babies while sitting by the fire pit! We would definitely recommend this cabin to others and will certainly come back for another stay sometime! Thank you Sara for your hospitality!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was close enough to Asheville and plenty of things to do. The host and lots of great recommendations for food and hiking. We drove to upper creek falls and it was well worth the drive and hike.

We had a wonderful family time at Parker’s cabin. Has everything you may need to enjoy your time in the secluded woods of NC. Very private but with all the amenities you may need. Internet was good and the place very comfortable. It was quite rainy during our stay but we had no issues staying in and enjoying the hot tub from time to time. Would fully recommend this place to any one. Thank you Parker!

We absolutely loved staying at this cabin near the river and close to town. It's about a 30 minute drive from Waynesville which is close enough for convenience but far enough away for peace and quiet. The area surrounding the cabin is stunning and private. Charles is an excellent host and the entire experience was well organized. We have absolutely nothing bad to say nor any recommendations for improvement. We would definitely stay there again 10/10

Property (farm) is beautiful and well kept. Cabin is modern, well appointed, very clean and well cared for. Open views of the surrounding mountains, fields, river and farm animals is so nice it almost seems unreal. Note: there is not a full kitchen but instead a make shift kitchenette area with a portable burner, microwave, toaster oven, etc - fine for preparing simple meals. Excellent host. Good, fast, spot-on communication. Overall a quiet, ideal place to get away and relax.

It was a beautiful place and everything was clean and clear instructions on how to navigate the mountains and also recommendations for trails, food and stores. 10 out of 10. I would definitely stay here again

This was such a cute Airbnb, and exquisitely detailed. The porch was amazing, and I loved cooking in their kitchen, as I had everything that I needed with a beautiful gas range stove. The natural lighting, open concept, and modern rustic finishes make it worthy of booking. Additionally, Marshall is such a sweet little town. I will definitely return!

Great tiny home up in the mountains. Lots of privacy, kept very clean. Great view, especially when the mountains got all smokey. The only thing would be if you're a tall guy just know you're going to have a hard time with the shower, it is a tiny home, so kind of expected. 🤣 The Host was great about communicating, and responded in short amounts of time as needed.

This is a true Mountain retreat! The porch and view were amazing and it extremely peaceful. The drive up is a mountain road, and it is set into the woods, so be sure you're comfortable with windy, unpaved roads. The place was perfect for our girls trip. We were able to drive to both Asheville and Great hiking easily and the stocked kitchen made it easy to cook our dinners at the house, there is a grocery store about 15 minutes from the house. Comfortable beds and open living space made for cozy nights and mornings. There was a large storm while we were there that took out a tree and powerlines, blocking the drive and knocking out power. Heather had fantastic communication the entire time and made sure we still had what we needed and were aware of any updates. Easy and fast communication and check in/out. Would absolutely book with Heather again!

This was the most beautiful stay we have ever had from Airbnb. We have stayed many places across the globe and I truly don’t think anything compares to how perfect Megan and Alan made this cabin. It was a private oasis that allowed us to enjoy our anniversary weekend without having to consider a single thing. They stock the home with everything you may need and more. Things I never considered bringing were available and it made the stay relaxing. Megan and Alan should be in control of ALL AIRBNBS! They know how to bring joy to your trip and should be the standard for all vacation stays

My wife and I had a great weekend getaway. The house had incredible views from every rooms’ giant picture window, easy access to multiple hiking trails and nearby campsite amenities, and only four minutes away from Hot Springs. We cooked dinners and used the hot tub and had a lovely, romantic few days.

The cabin is tucked away but was exactly what we were looking for.

Photos don’t do it justice! Cant wait to come back in the fall. Loved the proximity to Pisgah and 10 mins to downtown but also felt secluded.

Nick went above and beyond to make our time at the cabin as special as possible. He allowed us to use the space for my sister’s tiny, family-only wedding and it was perfect! The views are absolutely gorgeous up there. Nick communicated thoroughly, answered any questions, and went out of his way to add special details, like a full length mirror for the bride’s getting ready room. We’re super grateful for all of his help and couldn’t recommend more his cabin for a peaceful stay with beautiful views.

This is a super cute, very quaint cabin and was exactly as described. We especially enjoyed watching the beautiful horse wander around his pasture and come up for treats would highly recommend.

More often than not, rental properties fail to deliver what was promised. This one hit the mark for everything that it promised. Beautiful views and a well-appointed kitchen and bathroom. All basic supplies provided. Clean, neat and uncluttered furnishings, plus everything needed was there and in great working condition. Beds were comfortable. The driveway was an experience, but it added to the adventure in a unique sort of way. Morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the balcony were incredibly wonderful for relaxing.

Can't wait to come back! So glad to have found this beautiful gem. It was so peaceful & I loved seeing the sheep. Everything was smooth & clear in communication. One of my favorite parts was the hammock out front & all the cute and wonderful decor. Thank you Ms Sharon ~ we're so grateful !!
