Resort holiday rentals in French Broad River

This was an amazing stay. Clean and very nice. Loved it

Nice room, well worth the price paid. I loved having a full kitchen so I could cook instead of eating out for every meal. There were plenty of grocery stores near by (Publix, Kroger, WalMart) so no need to bring groceries. Plenty of attractions and things to do near by also. The bed was comfy, the couch bed was comfy, everything was clean, just needed an extra blanket or two. I’d recommend this room and I’d stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay. Scott was very quick to respond which was a wonderful surprise since we were planning our trip last minute. Transaction was quick and smooth. Check-in was quick and we were even able to check-in about 3 hours early. Our unit was beautiful and very clean. The only disadvantage was the fact that amenities had to be reserved ahead of time however, I've seen this a lot due to having to practice social distancing. We were still able to enjoy a great amount of time using the amenities. Location was great!! Condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely look to book with Scott on future trips!!!

Checking in was easy, all instructions were very clear. Room came with access to both waterparks, including soaky mountain. The room was great, didn't have to clean afterwards (but we also made sure to not leave a mess), parking was easy to access. Not a single complaint from us!

Nice place for a quick family trip. I sent my in-laws and children here and they had many nice things to say. Only negative comment would be the location of the pool to the unit was not reasonably walkable for them and they were under the impression it was closer. That maybe my fault for not looking into it further. Would stay here again.

The place was great! Good amenities. Everything was clean. The toilet in the master bedroom was messed up the first night. I called and it was fixed in a matter of a couple hours. The location was right near all of the attractions. I would gladly stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights at a nearby water park (where we got no sleep) and thankfully the next 2 nights at this condo. It was so quiet that we wondered if we were the only family in the building. The place was spotless, looked new, and had amazing views from our balcony! At check-in, we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom deluxe. The kids loved having big beds all to themselves in their own bedroom. My husband and I loved the big jacuzzi in our bedroom as well as all the space in our unit. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and there were special touches like popcorn, hot cocoa, and coffee for us to enjoy. We were so busy that we never took advantage of the pools, putt put, or the activity center, but they were an added bonus. The complex is super close to everything in Pigeon Forge but the nice thing is we could take back roads to get everywhere and avoid the parkway if needed. We were sad to leave but have already recommended the place to friends and family! We would definitely stay here again! Just be aware that the concierge will try to get you to set up a free breakfast or lunch to learn more about purchasing a unit but once we said no, they never asked again. However, if you have time to do it, they will give you a $100 visa gift card or a free future stay.

A great place at a reasonable price. Easy check in and out and the resort staff was wonderful. This added a little more merry to our Christmas.

Mary was the perfect host ! Other than an initial logistical clarification we did not have to contact Mary for anything during our stay and Mary responded immediately to our question at check in. Everything was as described and was a great family get together with a flexible configuration of units which suited us wonderfully. Highly recommend !!

The condo was very clean and up to date. I love having a washer and dryer in my condo that I didn’t have to pay extra money to do laundry. The mornings on the balcony were beautiful and peaceful. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, a toaster and a regular size coffee pot and dishes to cook. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This place is a gem- so glad I stumbled upon this listing. The condo was spacious and the perfect amount of space for my family of 4. It is also so close to popular attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas. When we needed a more low-key day after one of major exploring, the pools and playground at the facility were perfect to keep us entertained. Truly a great spot to make some awesome family memories!

The place was nice not on the chaos of gatlinburg. The rooms were great only issue was wasps in the resort and the pool area.

Awesome place perfect distance from Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. Would definitely stay again!
