House holiday rentals in Franklin Township

House was comfortable and had amenities listed. It was clean and matched the pictures on the listing. No wifi so if you want to watch netflix or sports you’ll have to use a hotspot. Close to stores and restaurants. It sounded like there was construction going on at night and there was a semi in the neighborhood around midnight. Allison was an amazing host though!!

Georges place was great and worked well for our games at GP! Downside was small pots and pans making it very difficult to cook the groceries we brought. They were very responsible for the whole stay and the home was cozy!

This is truly a 5 star rental. Owners went above and beyond to provide a seamless experience. Would absolutely recommend the house and would definitely stay again when in town.

Great family place located in a quiet area and close to shops. Pool, hot tub and play area were a hit with the kids. Lots of space. The home is located within driving distance of several activities.

Good location, good space to hang out. Felt comfortable and had all the basics. Great location, enjoyed the heated pool even in the rain. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here because it was close to the venue where our son got married. The house was everything we needed for the week. Lots of room to spread out. The back yard/patio/pool is great. Lots of amenities and I love when light switches are labeled. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here!

We enjoyed our stay here - pool and hot tub were great. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. Debra was very responsive to any question I had of her, and check in/check out instructions were clear. The house rules and info were well organized and complete. Would recommend!

We loved staying at Kim’s so much on the way to our destination that we decided to book again on the way back home. Kim is one of the best hostess we’ve had.. she is thoughtful, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Her Airbnb is a wonderful example of a home away from home. Cozy environment, great neighborhood for walking your dog.. comfortable beds and furniture and we both loved the little snacks she leaves out for her guests. We will definitely be staying at Kim’s home again when we are in town. Highly recommend…

Great stay! Stayed with my friends and we had a great time! Beautiful interior and a very cool space! Area is a bit tough but very close to the city so lots to do in the area!

Brad’s place was beautiful and well-appointed. Brad has thoughtfully included everything you could possibly need for your stay. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near shopping, to include a grocery store. Our family stayed here for the Indy 500 race, and it was a great location for traveling to the track quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. We felt just at home. The house had all the essentials and more. My kids loved the movie theater in the basement. Location was great considering everything was a short drive. Overall I would highly recommend this home to any family that needs to go to Indiana.

Our family enjoyed the casual & homey feel to the house. The back yard was great to have dinner & chill. All in all it was an above average accommodation & suited our families needs. Coffee was great!!

We really enjoyed this home. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The game room was a big hit for our younger guests. We had a short stay but it was well worth it. The host was great at responding to us before, during and after our trip. We will definitely book again.

Can’t say enough good things about the Prescott, Carter, and the area of Irvington! Everyone local both pedestrian and people at the local businesses make you feel right at home like you live in the neighborhood rather than on a trip. Whole house is great and as horror fans we were obsessed with the Scream room. Had only good experiences at the local business especially Snug, Irvington Vinyl and books (lots of vhs too), and Great Day Tattoo. Carter is the most helpful and responsive/caring host we have ever had! Had ton of recommendations within walking distance of Prescott among other local suggestion. (Also Carter and his husband store Hampton and co is a must visit!)

This was the perfect place for my family! We had so much fun playing ping pong and pool. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, and family friendly. It felt like a 2nd home for us this weekend. The are so many extra touches that show the owners' hospitality! Extra goodies, places set up for makeup, dental products, abundance of towels, etc. Skip the city hotel and stay here!!

Beautiful and clean place; had a lot is sleeping options; close to everything; great place to unwind after exploring Indy for the day; the owner is very responsive to your questions and includes a very descriptive booklet of restaurants, activities, events, and night life opportunities that are close by. The back yard was so neat to sit out and enjoy after a day of exploring. Everyone had their own bed to choose from in a private space which was an added bonus. It was very clean and very accurate to the online pictures.

The front gate had been previously broken -which was a small bummer- but what a great peaceful Property. We set up temporary pens for our dogs and on the evenings was able to enjoy a lovely stay. House stayed cool Kitchen was beyond lovely- was a little jealous for that stove top! We had three cars and parking was easy-once we all decided how best to park (I had a large van). Courtney was super accommodating for our dogs (show dogs) Neighborhood was generally quiet and everything was well kept Indiana roads.. well…… lol… no big deal! A small fire pit would have been.. AMAZING… but that’s okay … safety ;) We thoroughly enjoyed the property- and hope to be back again!

Your home is a great hideaway, private, clean, and quiet. It was perfect for the two of us, we felt at home. It is a convenient location for us to visit friends., shopping, and restaurants. Close to IMS , Lucas Oil track, and I465. Thanks Tammie, we enjoyed our stay.. You made everything so easy from checking in to leaving.

Property was accurately described. Location was a quick drive to many restaurants and shopping centers. Hosts were flexible and easy to communicate with.

My long distance boyfriend and I finally got to meet up again and this place was great! The space is comfortable and the area is quiet, very relaxing for us.

Last-minute plans turned into lasting memories thanks to Austin’s seamless hosting and thoughtful touches. The check-in? Effortless. The apartment? Immaculate, functional, and surprisingly homey—my 6-year-old said, “Daddy, this is better than a hotel!” From cooking breakfast to doing laundry, it had everything we needed (though some half-and-half and zip bags would’ve been a cherry on top). The Indy Attraction Pass was pure gold—we hit six spots in three days, including the Children’s Museum, White River State Park, and the Zoo, all within a short ride. Only Conner Prairie was a stretch, but a must-do. The eastside neighborhood is clearly evolving—blooming front yards, quirky old facades, and a cute coffee shop just blocks away.
