This place was great—lots of activities for all ages. The swim spa was the favorite. We used it every night. The highchair/pack ' n play/kid dishes and utensils were fantastic for our family. The house is echoey. If you have people who stay up later or get up earlier than most, it could be a problem. The beds are memory foam and a bit too firm. The neighborhood is in the process of being upgraded. It is a little rough, but we still felt safe.

Such a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! The house is designed comfort in mind and each bedroom styled beautifully! As soon as we walked in, we were in awe of the design of the home and how spacious it was. I absolutely loved the coffee/pancake station. It was such a shame that we could not stay longer to fully enjoy all that this home has to offer! Our host, Mary Katherine was also very friendly and responds very quickly to all our questions!! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Donald’s home was beautiful, spacious and clean. My family enjoyed our time there.

It was a great place for my family. Very comfortable and spacious. We could have used a few more towels. Also when we got out a pan there were some mouse droppings. All and all in was very good. You were very cooperative.

My friend and I were in town as I attended a WWE event, the location of the Airbnb being so close to downtown Indianapolis was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay here - pool and hot tub were great. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. Debra was very responsive to any question I had of her, and check in/check out instructions were clear. The house rules and info were well organized and complete. Would recommend!

Loved staying here for the Indy 500! Place is beautiful and relaxing, and very close to Fountain Square and everything you would want to do downtown. Kelly was amazing and even let us stay a bit after checkout since no other guests were coming! Would definitely recommend!!

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! It’s a really beautiful and well-decorated space. Very well stocked. We loved the outdoor roof deck and grill. Walkable to a neat food hall and bowling, too.

Molly's place was the perfect home away from home for a comfortable, peaceful stay during our extended family gathering in Indianapolis. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, and the yard was pleasantly landscaped and well-maintained. The home itself has been very tastefully decorated and furnished and was immaculately clean. The kitchen and its coffee bar were extremely well-stocked with an assortment of sweet and savory snacks and beverages. Beds were very comfortable, with ample sleep space. The spacious family/living room with fireplace offered a relaxing environment between other activities. Molly was proactive, prompt, helpful, and gracious in all her communications with us during the stay, and we encountered no notable problems. Would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

We felt right at home at this gorgeous home located so close to downtown in an adorable and safe neighborhood! The instructions to get in were very easy to follow and we felt extra secure with the easy to set alarm system. The home was spotless and beautiful decorated. It had everything you needed with no fear of running out of any essential. As a coffee lover and swim mom I enjoyed sipping coffee and relaxing between swim sessions in what felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back to Indy and stay here again!

Can’t say enough good things about the Prescott, Carter, and the area of Irvington! Everyone local both pedestrian and people at the local businesses make you feel right at home like you live in the neighborhood rather than on a trip. Whole house is great and as horror fans we were obsessed with the Scream room. Had only good experiences at the local business especially Snug, Irvington Vinyl and books (lots of vhs too), and Great Day Tattoo. Carter is the most helpful and responsive/caring host we have ever had! Had ton of recommendations within walking distance of Prescott among other local suggestion. (Also Carter and his husband store Hampton and co is a must visit!)

Nick was very responsive to questions we had and he was so friendly! He also checked in on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything! The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay!

Courtney’s place was in a great location and absolutely worth the price. Beautiful interior and close to downtown Indianapolis. Very communicative as well.

We had a short stay, but it was a really nice house! Lots of room for everyone. The kids loved it as well - the climbing wall especially. would recommend!

This was a perfect house for our small family. I’m from Indy so knew I wanted to stay in this area, but the house was better than I thought. Super private, great location, and the hosts thought of so many little things ahead of time. We’ll definitely stay again.

Very comfortable space, felt homey.

House is a short drive (or walk if you REALLY want to) from the zoo and not far from the Children’s Museum either. House is cute and cozy with plenty of space and EXCELLENT hot water. Hot tub was very nice. Backyard in general was super cute too. While we didn’t bring any pets, but the house has the basics for your furry friend such as a bed and water/food bowls which I think is very nice because you never know what you’ll forget. We really enjoyed this house for our short stay.

Beautiful and clean place; had a lot is sleeping options; close to everything; great place to unwind after exploring Indy for the day; the owner is very responsive to your questions and includes a very descriptive booklet of restaurants, activities, events, and night life opportunities that are close by. The back yard was so neat to sit out and enjoy after a day of exploring. Everyone had their own bed to choose from in a private space which was an added bonus. It was very clean and very accurate to the online pictures.

I stayed for a week and a half in May for the Indy 500. Ben and Lauren were very responsive when I needed to call about a bathroom outlet not working. The home has great air conditioning, it gets hot and muggy in the Midwest. The home is super clean and had most of what I needed for an extended (13 day) stay. I hope it’s available next year!
