Picturesque estate, steeped in history, quiet with a beautiful garden. Clean accommodation with all the necessary amenities. Beatrice and her husband welcomed us very well, very pleasant stay in this exceptional place!

Ben and Georgie have an amazing place in a great location! I would love to tell you all that we hated it in the hopes to gatekeep it for ourselves, however that would be unfair to Ben and Georgie who were absolutely fantastic hosts. The barn has been brilliantly converted, with four great bedrooms and everything you’d need to enjoy and relax. The outdoor space was the highlight for us. Definitely worth going for the spa facilities, the jacuzzi was great and the sauna was far better than we expected. Thanks again to Ben and Georgie! We’ll definitely be visiting again!

We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. We had fun visiting Canne, Antibes and Nice. Great day trips, best was coming back to Besse. Thank you Helene and Roxane. We loved Berg….❤️. Thank you!!

What a treat! It is absolutely beautiful here! It feels like you’re stepping into a movie. We loved walking around and looking at the grounds and I wish we had more time to go on all of the trails and paths that were mapped out for us. We felt right at home immediately and I can’t state enough how beautiful this space is. The beds are very comfortable and the only sounds you hear are birds chirping.

We needed to enjoy a moment of calm, to rest for a long weekend of three days. The listing at this address seemed ideal, the comments all unanimous... and well... it's even better than we could have hoped. The loft is very comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated, a rare cleanliness... the best thing is the little touches all around you. The exterior is also very neat, swimming pool, jacuzzi accessible at any time and private, there is everything you need to feel good. Well, we could go on for a long time with the superlatives... breakfasts... meals... massages... but the icing on the cake is the hosts Anne-Lise and Frédéric... whose kindness and discretion complete this perfect and timeless moment. How he greeted us, how much support and useful tips offered us along the stay, how wonderful the apartment is, how well connected with everything in Paris. The location was perfect for staying close to Paris without the busyness, clutter, and noise of Paris. Paris was still very easily accessible though. The Airbnb was very safe and secure, and the community was very quiet and beautiful. The space was pristine and included laundry soap, toilet paper, a hairdryer, really all the necessities you don't want to haul along in your suitcase. Very nice and private, would highly recommend.

Thanks Elise for a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect for Disney, as we could come back for lunch. We got the bus once, but this was 10 Euros for 2 adults and 2 children and so we walked, which the kids managed fine (20 minutes door-to-door at a moderate pace). It was easy getting in and out of Disney too. It was especially helpful to be able to walk home after the fireworks, as the queues for public transport looked huge. The apartment had everything we needed and having a washing machine was brilliant. The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked very well, however we found it too loud to use at night due to the intermittent noises. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including a very nice vegan cafe (Wild and the Moon) and an enormous supermarket about 15-20mins walk away. Uber Eats do grocery deliveries too. The terrace was lovely, especially the hanging chair. Quiet location, with a small playground next door. Uber taxis to Paris were ~40-60 Euros

The space had everything we needed. We appreciated the flexible check in time. It was near a lot of restaurants. The views were beautiful but it was loud due to the busy street right outside. The bed was comfortable and the mini washer was convenient. The tower fan was needed as it was getting hot, glad it was provided. Definitely a workout going up and down we since we had previous knowledge of it we did not find this an issue.

What a wonderful location being quiet and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Nature totally surrounds you and the bird life is amazing. The house was spotless and very comfortable with many nice touches. There is a lot to see and we particularly liked the Passage du Gois and Noirmoutier. Plenty of good restaurants and if you like seafood you will be in heaven. Thoroughly recommend and your host is very welcoming.

I had a great three-day weekend in this Airbnb ideally located on the banks of the Seine, in an environment of absolute calm, perfect for making a real break from Parisian life. The accommodation was impeccable, very well maintained, and Olivier's welcome was perfect. The path that runs along the Seine offers magnificent walks with very soothing landscapes. A perfect stay to fully relax.

Beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet. Lots of space both inside and out. Decor was quirky and whimsical. So nice to walk around the lake and into town for baked goods and groceries. We enjoyed our stay very much!
