We had a great time at Colleen's place in Boulder. The house was comfortable for our group of 4. We appreciated the inviting patio and general charm of the house. The location was excellent. We enjoyed the nearby coffee shops, hiking, and the short walk to Pearl Street. I would gladly stay there again when I am in Boulder.

Great location, walking distance to town with numerous hiking trails just a short distance away. House was very well equipped. Sara was very responsive and friendly. We hope to come back again in the future.

Our stay was a short but pleasant experience with Stewart and his partner Conner, who were both friendly, helpful, and generous. The balcony door to allow in fresh mountain air and the sound of a rushing stream ensured we slept soundly. A short and pleasant walk to the main street was a nice way to spend our check-out day. Would recommend this location for short stays in the Boulder area.

Lovely home in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. This home is great location for peaceful setting yet close enough to Pearl St and Boulder activities.

Jan and Mike’s place is truly a garden oasis! It’s just far enough out of the city that you have peace and quiet, beautiful views and starry nights but close enough to Fort Collins that you can run into town for dinner or groceries and is just 20 minutes from CSU. We spent graduation weekend at the house and Jan and Mike made everything so special and meaningful during an otherwise chaotic time. The house is better stocked than any other Airbnb we’ve used and has enough space for a large party to spread out and enjoy game night or read in a cozy nook. The attention to detail is impressive and so appreciated. I will absolutely be coming back here in the future!

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and many elk that wandered the property. Gail was so hospitable and we immediately felt a warmth and kindness. By the time we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a good friend. Highly recommend staying here!

Karen is the kindest host from beginning to end, We felt like family without a doubt I would definitely recommend staying here. Her breakfast were delicious and everything we needed was perfect !!!! She made my daughter‘s graduation memorable by having such a beautiful place to stay. We are very lucky we found it. We are definitely coming back. Thank you again, Karen. As always, we love our anniversary get away. We look forward months in advance to visit this little retreat. we love disconnecting from our phones and TV. We enjoy sitting in the parlor for reading, puzzles, art, chess, record playing, etc. It is a unique one of a kind experience. We adore the Lilly Langtry room with the cute little porch area. The food is great. The live music for the memorial holiday was fun with the amazing BBQ brisket and pulled pork. It was not a bad change from the usual fine dining option. Emma and Chris are always very accurate and make sure everything is all right. I appreciate their enthusiasm and hospitality. Very friendly people who do not shy awake from a good conversation if you like to visit for a minute. Otherwise, they give you your private space together. We will be back next year! Looking forward to out 5th visit!

Our stay in the Prince Albert room was wonderful. The room was spacious and cozy, clean and private, plus decadent! The included breakfasts each morning were AMAZING! We also loved going across the road to enjoy time out by the creek. Chris and Emma were very welcoming and attentive. The only negative was the creaky floors- we could very clearly hear the guests above us walking around early each morning. I would recommend this stay to anyone who wants to stay near Rocky Mountain National Park, but avoid the business of Estes Park.

Gail is a wonderful host-friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Breakfast both mornings was hearty, healthy and delicious. The home’s roomy interior is lovely-rustic beauty-with charming decorative details and is very clean and comfortable. The outdoor areas on the property are very nice. I feel fortunate to have found this special place for future trips to Estes Park.

We will return August 29, 2025 Friday. We have reservations for dinner at 4:30. We will stay in the Lord Danaven room. We have 3 more rooms left to experience. Gail and Elton were fabulous. They welcomed us even though we were a little early. They showed us around all the outside amenities and showed us their farm animals which include cows, Guinea’s, peacocks, white swans, and even 2 black swans. They showed our dogs love and left us farm fresh eggs to cook! Gail made sure we had plenty of snacks, water, and coffee for the weekend! The place was out in the country in 40acres and was just beautiful!

The Whiskey Belle Ranch is a great place to stay if you are looking for an escape into the country. The remodeled ranch house is stunning and was a very comfortable place to stay. The views from their ranch further accentuate the beauty of the land. Alanna and Bob are very hospitable and make you feel at home. One can imagine a farm fresh breakfast would be delicious, and it certainly was. Alanna and Bob were quite friendly and were great at entertaining all our questions. They gave great recommendations for places to go as well. Again, highly recommended, especially if you want that unique experience of staying at a ranch.
