I was nervous about using an Airbnb again after a bad experience a couple years ago. I’m so glad I gave the service another chance. This place met and exceeded my family’s expectations. This was perfect for our weeklong stay. My kids (5months and 3yo) had plenty of safe room to play. The hosts were so helpful and hospitable. Perfect experience.

Best Airbnb ever. Great balance of livability and workability. The shed in the back was perfect to set up my home office away from home. The tank pool was fun to float in on the warm days, the fire pit was great to sit around after a storm on the cool day. There were helpful notes throughout, and it was stocked with essentials that one may have forgotten. The hosts were responsive, friendly and clearly take pride in helping ensure we had a nice stay. I would star again without hesitation. The only downside was we had to leave! But I guess that’s a “me” problem. 🤣 can’t say enough good things about this place and our experience.

Serene location in this private community! Had a wonderful stay in this updated home! Had everything we needed and spent a lot of time on the porch looking at the beautiful view!

Very nice place ! I highly recommend very clean nice and quiet, You’re close to a park and a lake, golf and # of very good restaurants, 20 minutes to Fort Collins an 1hr to Denver,45 min to Cheyenne ,You can’t beat this location, couldn’t ask for a better host.

Incredibly kind. Honest and open communication. I stayed with my three, (unforeseen) ill children and still enjoyed the small “faerie nook,” as my daughter called it. I’d love to return with perhaps another lady or two for a quiet ladies’ weekend, with a just one significant other or even alone for some quiet reflection.

This was the second consecutive year we visited CSU Fort Collins for a football camp; we stayed in the same neighborhood literally a block away. This year I must say with James as our host it was a much more comfortable experience: 1. He allowed my family to check a few minutes earlier 2. His proactive instructions prevented us from driving around to search for the pools. 3. Response time was immediate we didn’t have to wait hours for a response to a simple question. 4. He allows pets so our entire family could enjoy our visit. We hope next year the property is available for next year’s visit.

One of the nicest, cleanest, well stocked Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Great communication from the hosts. Everything worked well. There were many thoughtful extras. All of our guest felt well provided for. Beds were very comfortable. Outside area is beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of space for everyone. Pool was clean and there were many pool accessories and plenty of towels. We look forward to returning on our next trip.

Newer house in up-and-coming neighborhood within 1 mile from the downtown area. Bikeable to the breweries in the northeast part of town as well. Large kitchen with lots of amenities to cook at home and save $$ from eating out every meal. A great spot to land for a long weekend or holiday.

Ali’s place was a wonderful place for our Fort Collins adventures. The place was super clean, well decorated, and we really felt at home. The whole process was easy and well thought out. We would highly recommend Ali’s place!

Absolutely Perfect Mountain Escape! We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The house was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and had a warm, welcoming vibe that made it feel like home from the moment we walked in. Everything about it was accommodating—from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living spaces—and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and restorative. Perched about 80 feet above a scenic valley, the view of the surrounding mountains was absolutely breathtaking. It truly felt like we were in our own little world—completely isolated in the best way possible. Every morning and evening, we were treated to visits from deer wandering just outside the windows, which made the experience even more magical. My only question is: how can we buy the house? 😄 If you're looking for a clean, peaceful, and nature-filled retreat with stunning views and total serenity, this place is a hidden gem. We'll definitely be back!

Quiet place, I enjoyed my stay there.

Diana and Jean have an absolutely lovely home nestles in the woods by a creek. The parking is private and in the back. There are clear instructions everywhere on the property. You get a private fenced area for your dog and there is a potty bucket and scooper as well. The inside is beautifully decorated and comes with every extra amenity you can think of! Snacks, and fancy bathroom extras like shower steamers. You are on the top floor so it is very quiet and you get a perfect breeze to cool it off. It is also walking distance to several pizza places and coffee.

Amanda’s place is perfectly located near old town. A few of us walked and biked to coffee each morning. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. This is a new development so it was fun to walk around the blocks and look at the beautiful plantings and architecture.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy check-in. Place was clean, nice furnishings — as described in posting. Would stay again if in the area!

Wonderful stay at the Happy Place Hideaway, it had everything we could possibly need. Great location for easy and beautiful drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and Loveland is just the cutest town. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean snd organized. In the country but close to townThe town is wonderful. It is quiet . Restaurants were friendly and food was great. We would stay again.

Reserved this place somewhat last minute to supplement our camper van trip to Colorado for a family members graduation. Very clear instructions and super clean which was great. Joanie was very responsive and accommadating. There was a slight issue with our camper parked in front of the house with her neighbor who probably doesn’t like that it’s an Airbnb but Joanie was very helpful in suggesting alternate locations to park. Overall great place and would stay here again!

So many good things to say about this Melissa and her home for rent. First, Melissa was very responsive and helpful and made the entire Airbnb experience an enjoyable one. We appreciated the small things Melissa provided in the house including a box of different little snacks and throw blankets in the living room. The house is as small as it looks in the photos but it was the perfect size for us and came with everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. The beds are very cozy, the house was nice and clean, the backyard is quite private and the location was perfect for exploring the downtown area, CSU and some of the local parks. If that sounds like the kind of home and host you are looking for, look no further.

This is a very cozy place! Such a rare combination. A great big house and wild nature in the form of a river, mountains and trees. Lots of space, everything is convenient and comfortable. I could just sit all day by the river and look at the water, it's relaxing. We checked in quickly, without personal meetings with the owner. Everything is simple. Everything you might need is in the house. Take a fishing rod with you. Sleeping with the window open, to the sound of the river, is a dream. Hot herbal tea, on the balcony, overlooking the river. I just left there, but I already want to go back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Yariela & her husband were AWSOME host!!! Anytime we had any questions they were quick to answer. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was amazing! It truly was the perfect home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was the icing on the cake as we got to relax and watch the stars. Plus the backyard is a good size for family fun! The host Alyssa was great and the check in and out process was seamlessly easy. I definitely loved our stay!

Diane was an amazing host. The space was immaculate and made you feel right at home. She went over and above to make sure we had a wonderful experience. She provided a snack basket and all other amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. We highly recommend staying at Diane’s.
