The condo is located in a well-kept residential complex that was built in 2003. It is located in the Forbestown nightlife district with many restaurants and only minutes away from the High Street. Market Market can also be reached on foot. Due to the location facing the inner courtyard, the background noise is bearable despite the central location. You can sleep well at night, also thanks to the very quiet air conditioning units. The water pressure is good and the fittings meet western standards, internet is fast. There is a good connection with the BGC bus from the Crescent Park West stop to MRT3 Ayala (west route) or Market Market (central route). The BGC Greenway, a green and tranquil oasis that runs 1.6 km along the golf course, is just a few meters away. It is also an ideal jogging track (access Bellagio Tower). A supermarket and 24/7 stores are in the immediate vicinity. This is important as the host does not provide distilled drinking water as an initial supply upon arrival.

Michael's place was awesome, just what I would expect at an airbnb. It was easy to get in, the unit waa clean, everything was in order. Since I was in town for a short stay, the ease of getting in to an apartment and immediately getting settled was important. This place was perfect for that! Thanks Michael. Will return.

Stayed at Richard's unit for a month. The stay was very comfortable, location was great as it is near restaurants and bars, and grocery store is just across the street. It was also just a couple of blocks from High Street, so we were able to take advantage of the free concert during New Year's Eve. Richard was a great host, very responsive, often times within just a few minutes after contacting. The complimentary cleaning, change of sheets, linens and towels were definitely very much appreciated.

Gem is a gem! Very communicative and helpful. Their home was exactly the way described. I stayed for 28 days and it was completely cleaned and linens washed once a week. Everything from shopping, restaurants, grocery, dental, doctors, banking, pharmacies within walking distance. The complex was very clean and employees friendly all the time. I would definitely stay here again.
