I frequent Uptown BGC often and I must say that JMS' place is the perfect spot in the heart of it. As you look out the windows you'll have a direct view of the Uptown mall/Parade intersection. The room feels like home. Really comfy, cozy. I almost didn't want to write a review in hopes of keeping this spot a hidden gem. JMS is also very responsive and accommodating. This particular stay was one of the best I've experienced in BGC and I will definitely keep this listed as first pick when I need a place to stay in Uptown.

Thanks Tim for letting us stay in your condo! It was great, I was able to rest and recharge ready for the next day! Tim is an AMAZING host and quick to respond. Highly recommending his place if you’d like a spot in BGC that is close to bars, restaurants, convenience stores and almost everything! The customer service definitely makes the whole experience worth the trip!

Was a great staycation for the weekend. Just a relaxing 3 days. Location was perfect, everything is walkable. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Host is very accommodating and responses very quickly after each message I sent to her. The building elevator can sometimes be overwhelmed by people causing a little delay on going up or down to your unit. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in the area.

Julia’s place was beautiful! Her unit was so spacious and neat. She had board games and a karaoke! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed her place. Julia and her team were very accommodating as I had to cancel my first night of booking and they were very considerate. Thank you for this very beautiful home! I will definitely book her unit again!

The place really deserves the title of Muji House with its minimalistic yet elegant design with the right touch of Japanese elements. It really felt like home that even my 2 pets, Moonshine and Sunbeam, felt at home the moment we got there. Also, there are many great restaurants and convenience stores around the area which made our stay hassle-free. Perfect for a staycation with loved ones (furbabies included) 💖

My family and I stayed at Diane’s place for 2 nights, it was spacious and had enough room/beds for 6 of us. The place was very convenient to shops and restaurants which served the main purpose of our stay. Uptown Mall as well Mitsukoshi were both across the building. Diane was also a very responsive host, provided clear and easy instructions to follow. Overall, we had a great stay at Diane’s place and can recommend it to whoever wants to go to the BGC area. However, as this place is like a hotel/serviced apartment, there is a reception which you need to see upon check-in. The staff were not very helpful and not friendly. I asked for some assistance to which they were very curt in replying. The elevators were very hot and on one of the days of our stay, only 1 is working which meant a long wait and a crowded and stuffy elevator. Also, if you are a light-sleeper, you can hear the traffic noise from the rooms. Noise-cancelling headphones will help!

This Airbnb is incredibly convenient, affordable, and boasts an excellent location. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting BGC for the weekend!

My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

Long weekend well spent here at AngeLiz Suites! 😍 The location is spot-on, with plenty of activities around to enjoy. We even got to ride a gondola and felt like we were in Italy ❤️ The unit itself is spotless and well-maintained, with cozy interiors that make you feel right at home. It also offers an exceptional view, especially at sunrise — such a peaceful way to start the day. I wish I could upload a photo of the sunrise here. Nevertheless, it’s a view you should definitely experience yourself. 😉☀️ This is hands down my favorite Airbnb stay so far, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience. 💯 Huge thanks to Ms. Liz and her amazing team for being so responsive and accommodating. Our family stayed at this condo for almost a week in June, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store and a Mall. The building was secure and quiet, and check-in was seamless thanks to clear instructions from the host. I’d definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. Thanks again for a wonderful visit!

This is my favorite AirBnB place that I've ever stayed. I lived in Metro Manila years ago before moving to the U.S., and I always choose to stay in BGC when I visit. The condo has excellent amenities in a secure building. Everything stated in the description is accurate. I just want to add that you get a stunning view of Taguig and access to so MANY restaurants and groceries. But the best is the building staff and Abyzz who are very friendly and considerate. They really go out of their way to make you comfortable and taken cared of. I will 100% stay again--hopefully at the same unit. Salamat, Abyzz.

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, and I especially appreciated the fresh, fragrant scent of the bedsheets and towels. I also loved that Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video were all available and premium, which made relaxing even better. Overall, it was definitely worth it. Would stay here again!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Andrew’s place was just the perfect place for my family to stay for 12 days. The unit was exactly what we expected and more. The host was responsive to our needs and even helped us when a personal item was accidentally left in the unit after we checked out. I truly appreciate his kindness. I would definitely recommend this place!

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

Such a comfy place to be at, I felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely be back and rebook soon😇
