Villa holiday rentals in Fort Bonifacio

We recently celebrated my son's and my birthdays with a 3-day, 2-night stay at City on a Hill Private Villas, and it was truly magical! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive staff, who made sure our celebration was extra special. The villa was stunning, with breathtaking views that created the perfect backdrop for our birthday getaway. The interior was beautifully designed, offering both luxury and comfort. The private pool was a highlight, providing us with endless fun and relaxation. The serene surroundings allowed us to unwind and enjoy quality time together, making this an unforgettable experience for both of us.

The place is very spacious and feels like home. The host is responsive to all our needs and we are grateful for that. We like the bedrooms and the beddings as it gave us a homey feel. The pool does not smell chlorine so we enjoyed it. The karaoke is also great - we used it for the most part. We really loved the place. It was indeed a wonderful quick getaway. We appreciate how responsive the host was even when we booked the place late.

We had a good time staying here. We were about 14 people and we were accommodated well. Kuya Ador the caretaker was also very nice and easy to talk to. The place looks good plus we loved the billiards and speaker plus mics that are included. We also used the pool. Really great place. Thank you!

The place is very nice, comfortable and accessible.. The beddings are clean.. The pool water is very pleasant to swim in, it doesn’t sting the eyes, no strong smell.. The couch in Villa 1 could use an upgrade.. They don’t have a stove yet but they improvised 2 butane stove at the bar outside,, it just rained almost our whole stay, so we need to bring the food from the bar to the villa with umbrella but the staff are super helpful and nice.. They assisted us in everything we need.. Will definitely go back.. Thanks a lot to the owners!

The view, the overall property location and the ever helpful caretakers really made our stay worthwhile. The view was indeed breath taking and relaxing and you have walkable cafes nearby. We encountered some hiccups on our rented van and the caretakers gladly lended a hand to help us which our family really appreciated.

The caretaker was very kind and accomodating, Owner was also very reaponsive. the place was very nice.. water in the pool was not too cold. each bedroom was very clean and spaceous for 4 pax.. sala was very nice.. unfirtunately the videoke machine was out of service. but the rest were very good..

I’ve stayed in this property 6 times now as I attend business in Greater Manila. Beautiful villa with all you could need for a stay Really clean, comfortable and modern. Claudine manages all your name as housekeeper. Michiel and Rizza who own the property are incredible helpful and responsive. Really safe and secure location. Close to all key motorways for easy access to all major local cities. Could not recommend more highly.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the place with everything it had to offer. It was exactly as the photos showed and we were shocked at how well-maintained the place was. We were able to play boardgames and just the arcade which was extremely fun. At night we were able to also use the kitchen supplies and they all worked perfectly. We had the best time!

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

Our family celebrated my father's 80th birthday at Mi Terraza. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there, & even extended our time for a few more hours. Highly recommended place, very peaceful. Enjoyed our stay here for our team building, we are 15 pax. Malinis, maganda, and malaki ang place. We have enough space para magpalaro. The pool looks small in the picture but enough naman sya if di naman maghapon magbababad, also malalim din sya. Rooms are enough for us, may sofas pa, di rin naman kami sabay mga natulog. Sobrang gamit yung billiard sa taas and the view is giving. Gamit na gamit din yung karaoke. Kitchen is so good, we have everything we needed. It was nice to out outside since may long table and extra chairs good for 15 pax. We had bonfire outside, it was fun naman, great experience. The caretaker is kind and one call away for our needs. All in all, great experience. Definitely recommended!

Superb place! Felt home right away when talked with “tita” at reception. PJ and the family are responsive and attended all our concerns. The team had a great time here and exceeded our expectation.

Peaceful escape with a great view! The place is located on a high point in Antipolo. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a heads-up: the road going up is quite steep, so it’s best to come prepared if you’re driving. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Enjoyed our overnight stay at the place. Has a very clean and relaxing feel. The kitchen is well equip with everything you will need for prepping and cooking. Every feature of the place invites you to hang with friends and family. The L shape sofa, the comfy dining are, to the lounge chairs by the pool. Ms. Jhe was very accommodating and ensured we did not have difficulties finding the place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Katipunan! The place is cozy yet elegant, beautifully designed, and impressively spacious. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated—perfectly stunning and undeniably aesthetic. The breakfast they served was delicious and a great way to start our mornings. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back!

To say that this is the best you can get for a barkada getaway near manila would be an understatement! Grabe ang ganda ng place and the scenery. We loved the overlooking view of sir marvin’s place! SUPERB! At night and ganda and even at sunset ang ganda pa din. And above all, superb customer service. Sobrang complete ng place even water, and sir marvin was so kind to accomodate us kasi late na kami naka check in and extended our stay free of charge. Grabe first time ko naka experience ng ganun kabait na owner! We would definitelt be back hopefully longer stay! Thank you sir!
