Holiday rentals with a patio in Forest Park

Kimberly house was beyond clean and spotless. Exactly what I love when booking a Airbnb. She was very responsive and instructions were very clear. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The crib look exactly like her pictures and super clean! I def would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here it was well stocked with everything i needed. The area was nice and quiet, neighbors were pleasant and Jocy was very responsive. If I had any concerns or questions Jocy responded immediately I would highly recommend staying here.

This was a great stay for my family. We traveled to Oak Park for a ministry conference and tacked on a few days to explore Chicago. The place was easy to get into and was a good amount of space for my husband, son and I. Car space was a major PLUS!! We found the “double lock entry” incredibly comforting. This listing is a duplex and sits on the upper unit. The first keyless entry lets you into the main entry; second one is for the upper unit. We loved having a king bed and a comfortable kitchen and dining space to unwind in the evening. While there is only one bathroom available, it has a great amount of space and perfect for our family. The neighborhood is considerably quiet considering the overall population of the Chicago surrounding areas. There are some really cute spaces in downtown Oak Park as well that we enjoyed. We made it downtown 1 day, which was a comfortable 25 min drive. Would definitely recommend this area for any family!

Overall great stay! The location was very quiet and free of city noise. Close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. The team was very communicative and answered all questions we had in a very timely manner.

Serg is an amazing host and his team for maintenance was extremely responsive. The area was close to Chicago and clearly undergoing gentrification but across the street from a firehouse which surprisingly was not loud at night or during the day. Great rooftop views and the apartment itself was spotless and magnificent. While not many high end restaurants due to being 5 minutes outside of the city. Great stay and great value.

Great location with lots of nice bars and restaurants locally and easy access also to the CTA blue line to Downtown and O’Hare. Apartment was ideal and was just as described. Would recommend and if ever back in Chicago would look to stay here again.

House is vast, clean, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. Easy to get with a car or local transit and a short walk. Pictures don't do the house justice it has lovely historical features and more room than it seems between the three floors (ground floor, basement and upstairs). With two usable balconies and a patio backyard there is more enough space to entertain a small group outside.

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

Karna was very helpful with check-in and responsive to all questions. The place was very well organized and well maintained.

We were 4 adult and 1 dog and we stayed at Matthew's place, everything went smooth and easy to feel at home, parking spot and great location of the house make us everything easier, it was so fast to get to the downtonw in lees than 20 minutes. Matthew was always responsive to all our questions, I definitely will search for this place to sray on my next trip to chicago.

The home was beautiful. And I love the master bedroom I felt like a queen walking into the room private bathroom. Big backyard. Everything was fabulous and next time I go back I will stay there again if available.

Was a very nice and relaxing place to stay after spending time in the city! Really close to multiple bus stops which made the public transport really easy to access. The inside was very clean and nice, the bed is extremely comfortable! Would stay again!

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My family and I were in town for my nephew's graduation, and Marika's home was truly beautiful, so inviting, and comfortable. She definitely paid attention to details that made the stay even more cozy. Beautiful property, and well appointed! Easy lovely, 10 minute walk to town, also. We look forward to staying there again when in Geneva 😊

Everything went well. Place was very nice and the host was very responsive when I needed help and accommodative as well. Highly recommend if needed a place near downtown.

John's place is great, just as described. Very clean and location is perfect (across the street from Pequod's). Check in/out was easy and communication was good.

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!
