Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful little cellar just a couple minutes from the heart of Spello. We were so happy to have spent the night there, with an awesome kitchen to cook in, a hot shower, and a comfortable bed! I’d say it was about the size of a large Queen, with available A/C fan and windows (but you really didn’t need it!) Maria was so kind and responsive, and the checkout process was simple! Such a great value for the money, we would absolutely stay again!

Stefania’s place was beautiful and spotless. Our hosts were friendly and engaging. The beds were comfortable. Minor things to note: The showers are small and will leak onto the floor so use the small head. We learned to manage it and conserve the water. One of the beds is in the living room. The place was beautiful, the hosts were wonderful and the location made up for the small things that we didn’t expect. GREAT COFFEE AT THE HOUSE!!!!! We loved that! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

the stay was wonderful. The house, in addition to being placed in a magnificent and quiet context, is taken care of in every detail and equipped with everything. The hosts are welcoming, almost familiar, and have supported us in everything, going beyond expectations. We'll DEFINITELY BE back. Thanks again for everything!

Marta was a fantastic host. The communication was great and very responsive. She provided us with instructions on how to get in, how the parking works etc which was extremely clear. We had a question about something and she responded very quickly and is super friendly. We mentioned that we were staying for a night further to our wedding and flying out for our honeymoon and she left us a card to congratulate us which was such a lovely touch. The flat was clean and had everything you might need for a stay. Great distance from the main square in Perugia and on site parking. Thank you Marta!

Really new apartment with private parking and easy access, super responsive host with great tips on what to do in the area. Nice feature the HUE lighting on all the apartment. Really quiet place where to relax but still close enough to the city center by car!

This apartment was very peaceful. the kitchen was incredibly well equipped with a kettle and toaster (unusual for Italy) the view from the windows were spectacular and it was close to the absolute heart of Assisi

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was cozy, well-equipped, and truly made us feel at home. Everything we needed was there, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches throughout the space. The location is also fantastic and close to many great restaurants and easy to explore the area from. A special thank you to Laura, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She welcomed us warmly, thought along with our needs, and even went out of her way to visit the station to find out the best way for us to get to the airport in Perugia. Her hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to our trip. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, traveling with my wife for a fair in Bastia, just a few minutes' drive away. Comfortable area with all amenities and private parking nearby. Great communication with the host, clean apartment, tidy with all the comforts. If I need to stay overnight in the area, I will definitely contact this property again! See you next time!

Very comfortable apartment with parking and located in a strategic area to easily reach the historic center of Perugia with the minimetro. Hugo was very courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend it!!!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a common pool. Indomma a paradisiacal place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.
