Momo the dog is the most adorable, greated me at the gate when I checked in, and put me in a good mood every morning afterwards !

Absolutely recommend the stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and the hosts hospitality is incredible! Still can’t believe we got this incredible experience for a very reasonable price. The location is perfect for exploring Val D’orcia and at the same time very peaceful and secluded. Will return for sure! 🫶🏼

This apartment was very peaceful. the kitchen was incredibly well equipped with a kettle and toaster (unusual for Italy) the view from the windows were spectacular and it was close to the absolute heart of Assisi

Really new apartment with private parking and easy access, super responsive host with great tips on what to do in the area. Nice feature the HUE lighting on all the apartment. Really quiet place where to relax but still close enough to the city center by car!

Excellent accommodation! I stayed 4 days and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It's just like the photos, it was impeccable and in a quiet area but close to the center. I was worried about the noise to rest because of the comments, but it didn't seem noisy at all. I would definitely come back!

Carlo's accommodation is much larger and more beautiful than you can see from the photos! Carlo is a fantastic person, he gave us countless tips on places to visit and many tips on restaurants in the area. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, the linen and sheets were fragrant and very clean. In addition, he left us a wide choice of breakfast foods. What can I say, absolutely perfect in everything. I recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay here but mainly to Barbara. She was always available to me and helped me with some questions ! It was an easy location to the rest of Citta di Castello and walkable to anywhere I needed to go. I would recommend this space to any traveller who wants an easy place to stay in Umbria. It is central to many towns in the area.

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Beautiful place! Super cozy and clean apartment! Anna welcomed us with a welcome basket with some products from the farm. Always clean pool, well-kept lawn. We ate eggs from his hens and zucchini from his garden. 5 minutes away, a well-stocked coop for any need. We woke up to the sound of birds... a truly relaxing and regenerating weekend. We will definitely be back!!!

We were really happy with our 4 week stay in Sansepolcro with Eleonora and Giulio. We felt incredibly welcomed and enjoyed the space with our 4 month old baby. There were many recommendations provided and our home away from home was a great location for day trips to neighbouring places like Anghiari, Arezzo, Citta di Castello, Badia Teldalda, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Gubbio and Perugia. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and very accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with the baby and his first time away. We stayed from mid-March to mid-April and the weather was cool but the heating worked well and was not much of an agreed upon, additional cost per usage. We were able to go for a few walks, enjoy picnics on the lawn and enjoy the greenery. I would recommend staying here.

From the time we arrived Elena and Erico made us feel very welcome. The little cottage Limonaia was spacious and pretty. Everything was clean and tidy, with a fridge, microwave and stove if we wanted to cook for ourselves. The surrounding area and Dolci Colline was absolutely beautiful with magnificent views in all directions. The restaurant food was delicious in a lovely romantic setting and their Tiramisu with no exaggeration was the best I have ever tasted ( true Ambrosia)! We also tried the spa which was amazing and extremely relaxing. I enjoyed swimming every day ( good to cool down). Also interesting wildlife around including a pool full of turtles. Thanks also to Enrico for arranging a ride to the local vineyard for a wine tour when we struggled to get a taxi. We were very grateful. Enrico and Elena, thanks so much for our wonderful relaxing holiday. xx
