Andrea was the perfect host and very helpful welcoming and generous . The place was even better than the photos. We loved it and it was really spacious. The 2 bathrooms are connect sound wise which one might Kline to know depending on familiarity of the co guest. It's nicely decorated and i a peaceful village . All perfect!

Thanks for a memorable stay in Umbria! We were thrilled from the start. Annalisa and Ulli are very warm and welcoming hosts who have very special recommendations for the area. The location is perfect to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. We were there for three weeks to work; the Wi-Fi works on the entire premises, so you can also sit on your laptop in beautiful shady spots under the pergola or by the pool. We will remember this beautiful time for a long time!

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. Wow! From the moment I walked in with Tommaso, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful the place was—truly amazing! The location couldn't have been better, and Tommaso was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He even kindly answered a late-night call from me about something I probably could have figured out on my own (sorry, Tommaso!). I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Corresponding to what was described, the super responsive host, we had a small issue with the wifi and he helped us by phone in resolving it. The apartment is very nice, clean and has everything you need in a short stay. Strategically positioned to reach Spello,Bevagna,Assisi. We'll probably be back

A lovely place to stay in a beautiful setting within easy walking distance of beautiful Assisi. The apartment was really well laid out for the 2 of us plus our 2 dogs, with beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy the weather and the surroundings.

There are not enough words to describe how much we loved Maria‘s house. It was perfect for a family. It was also the newest and most updated interior Italian house I’ve seen so far on my journey. Maria was so communicative and hospitable. We would’ve stayed longer if we could. 10 out of 10.

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. With a 33 degree heated pool - exactly the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are all just fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road and set the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the quiet and the view! Dinner in the oil mill is worth the money and the way. 11 days passed too quickly.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a great time at Francesca's place. Super clean, super cozy and functional, she was always very kind, also suitable for our 2 four-legged friends!! Scheggino is a wonderful village.

The stay with Andreas and Natchana was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

Excellent location, very spacious well furnished house - bigger than we expected. Nice outdoor area around the house, perfect for kids to play. Hosts live next door (the house is split in two) so very responsive and accommodated our requests quickly. We had a nice present of a small olive oil bottle on the arrival, which was very kind, however we were a bit surprised that lots of basic necessities such as a sponge/dishwasher or washing machine capsules were missing. The host provided them upon request but we had to ask every time, it would have been nice to have staples like teabags stocked. If you’re arriving late in the evening, like we did, be sure to buy food on the way as there is no shop in the village. Overall we had a great experience and the area is very beautiful.

We had a great week at Silvia's place. From the first moment we really felt at home. The view from the house of the lake is stunning and the sunsets are magical. The house itself is sincerely equipped with all the comforts. The beds are wonderfully located, the bathrooms are perfect and the kitchen is very extensive. Furthermore, it is also noticeable that everything is really super clean and tidy. A lot of time and effort has been put into having everything perfect. The surroundings are of course magnificent. You have the beautiful lake in your backyard, but you will also be in Tuscany in no time. So there's more than enough to see and do. Silvia is also an incredibly nice and kind host. The communication is very pleasant and fast and she will send a very extensive explanation and tips before your arrival. And if there are any questions in between, she'll be here to help. We hope to be returning one day.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

the apartment is very large, equipped and clean. Romina is an excellent host. Recommended.

I was in contact with Federica more than six months before arrival. She helped me with questions I had about the environment, was interested and was pleasant even though I flooded her with a lot of questions all the time she answered kindly and quickly. The night before we came, I asked if there was an iron in the apartment. Since there wasn't one, and Frederica understood that it was important to me, she went and bought one. In the refrigerator, eggs, milk, and even avocados awaited us. There was a tea, a butter and bread fight. Quality bath soaps and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. She was really waiting for us to come.

Elisa’s place was fab! She was very responsive on messages and even helped us arrange a taxi with one of the local taxi providers. We were left with a bottle of wine, however unfortunately we didn’t drink due to being out of the apartment mainly at a wedding. The place is stunning and literally a stones throw from the main Panicale square. Would definitely recommend

We had a fantastic stay at Stefano's place. The apartment is really well situated with close access to all the central sites. It has a beautiful interior, art on the walls and is well fitted out and a comfortable and cool place to be in Assisi. Stefano is a great host, really responsive and made us feel so at home and part of the family. He and Laura are both artists and there is a gallery just outside, we really enjoyed our lesson in making silver rings. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay and experience the art and more. We will be coming back in the future!
