Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Perugia

This apartment was located in the heart of the historic district. The apartment was great and Michele was a friendly and exceptionally helpful host. He even emailed me a list of some of his favorite restaurants, which provided a fantastic opportunity to find restaurants where local people eat rather than ending up at the places for tourists. The only difficulty I had was finding the place from the airport since the directions on Google Map were impossible to follow. To get there, turn to the left when you exit the Perugia train station and about 100 meters away you will find a Mini-Metro station marked by a blue letter M. Buy a ticket for 1 1/2 Euros per person using cash or a credit card. Take the cable car to the last station at Pincetto. Follow the stairs and escalators up. Take a right and walk to a large plaza. Turn left and follow the street a couple hundred meters. When the street turns sharp left, cross the street and go down the alley, turn left onto Cesare Caporali.

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

The directions are precise. Peripheral area, close to the minimetro that can be reached on foot but unfortunately at 8:45 pm the service stops. However, there are free parking lots in the city that you can find on the internet. The house is beautiful and functional, the only flaw is the neighbors who went to bed late and woke up early, making us rest little, but this obviously does not depend on the host.

Wonderful stay! Saverio is an incredibly thoughtful and communicative host, regularly checking to make sure everything was ok. Thanks for the bottle of wine, lovely touch! Super central location next to a stunning viewpoint. Apartment has everything you need. Perugia is gorgeous. If I’m ever back, will for sure stay here again!

We loved staying in this Apartment. The location is perfect. Beautiful views. Excellent for a relaxed holiday, where you can chill out and enjoy Perugia. The kitchen is great, you can cook and eat in every night if you want. The living room is fantastic with a great selection of music and books. Christina was a perfect host.

It was a real pleasure of staying at this wonderful and authentic place! The warm welcome we received made us feel right at home, and the Italian coziness of the space, created by Aldo and his wife, added a special charm that made the stay even more memorable. The accommodation itself was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting a high level of care and attention to detail. Christian and his family are the friendliest hosts ever!! We had an awesome time in our visit; the infinity pool is amazing and the views are incredible. We loved it here!

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

I really enjoyed my stay here but mainly to Barbara. She was always available to me and helped me with some questions ! It was an easy location to the rest of Citta di Castello and walkable to anywhere I needed to go. I would recommend this space to any traveller who wants an easy place to stay in Umbria. It is central to many towns in the area.

Very very charming! Kitchen clearly had not been cleaned since last guests. There were dirty dishes in dishwasher and counters messy. On the other hand, location was really quiet as promised and nice reno of really old building, and Perugia was fantastic place to visit. Maybe a problem in all of the old city, but stinky sulphur smell comes up shower drain, which we solved by stuffing rags in it when we weren't using it. Heating was very efficient when we needed it.

House surrounded by greenery on the hills of Perugia, small but cozy and complete with all comforts. The terrace is very nice and with a beautiful view. Alessandro and his partner were always available and kind. I can definitely recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s place! Cristina was an incredibly friendly and helpful host — she made me feel very welcome and was always available if I needed anything. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is also perfect — very central and close to everything I needed. I truly appreciate Cristina’s warm hospitality and support during my stay. Highly recommended!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a common pool. Indomma a paradisiacal place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended
