Monthly Rentals in Filogaso

The building is right in the centre of lovely old Guardavalle - a very old hill town with a couple of restaurants and a bakery as well as a fruit shop and small grocery store etc. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully, simply decorated. Concetta has gone to a lot of effort to include small details that really make a difference, like a nice teapot, a toaster, spare bin bags and foil etc. She even had a delicious homemade cake waiting for us on our arrival and some home-grown fruits - a lovely welcome. We'd highly recommend the apartment as long as you're ok with some noise at it's on one of the main streets and is above a bar that had some lively customers who were at it until late each night. The area is stunning - full of citrus and olive groves, but a car is obviously a must. The roads leading up to some of the gorgeous hilltop towns like Stilo and Badolato are very windy and high but are generally well kept and have barricades that make it feel safer!

I had an amazing time at this apartment and honestly didn’t want to leave! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of everything. The apartment itself was super and fully equipped with everything I could possibly need. It really felt like a home away from home. Communication with Franco was smooth and friendly throughout. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay. 10/10!
