Monthly Rentals in Fellbach

Had another great stay in the great and very clean apartment of Philip and Jeannette. I found the short walk (about 5 minutes) to the Waiblingen train station and to the Park+Ride, where you can leave your car for a short or longer period of time, to be particularly practical.

Great location only 10 minutes away from the downtown Stuttgurt. Private and was able to relax. Station only 5 mins walk in distance

Fellbach is a lovely quiet neighbourhood where the neighbours talk to each other, where it is only a few minutes walk to garden plots where people from apartments can grow veggies and fruit. Train access is close and the trains are so reliable its unbelieveable. The house is lovely and bright and airy and the off street parking was a big plus. When we were there it was in the 30sC and humid and we could have used air-conditioning but apart from that and a minor maintenance issue it was an awesome stay. Stuttgart is a very vibrant and busy city and we especially enjoyed some of the surrounding towns.

The room was exactly as described, bright, very clean and functionally furnished. Small refrigerator, microwave and kettle are available. There are several restaurants and bakeries in the area where you can eat well. The distances to the public transport are exactly as described, so excursions to Stuttgart or the surrounding area are no problem. Anyone who knows Fellbach will appreciate their own free parking space, which is located directly in front of the apartment. When we come back to Fellbach, this accommodation is our first choice.
