Apartment holiday rentals in Fellbach

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Manuela met us in person to give us the keys and show us the laundry room and trash rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street and everything in the town of Ludwigsburg was easily walkable! We had children with us so we appreciated the dedicated washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

The Ilg family and Co were great hosts, very nice and helpful and always available. Thank you for the stay and the great coffee!

I really enjoyed staying in the small apartment. I was looking for peace and quiet and a break and found it there. It was super cozy and everything you needed was there. The family was always easy to reach and very friendly. The surroundings are very quiet, there are many shopping opportunities and you can also get to Esslingen, Göppingen or Stuttgart quickly by train. Everything is great and thank you very much.

Extremely clean, tidy, everything new and very tastefully decorated! The hostess is extremely courteous and friendly, 100% recommendation, we will definitely come back!

Very spacious and beautiful apartment. Friendly reception and everything well arranged. It is also nice to be able to sit outside. And we really liked that there was a washing machine! It's handy that there's a supermarket around the corner. But it is a pity that the busy road and tram run in front of the apartment. But after a day you get used to it.

Everything was perfect.

The small apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. The view is beautiful and you can set off on all sorts of hikes from the front door and is also well connected within walking distance to the S-Bahn. The oven is particularly nice. Steffen was very helpful and always available when we needed something. Supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance.

For us, it was like winning the lottery, as we came across this gem at short notice. Carola's apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the Neckar and is still well connected to public transport. In max. 10 minutes you can reach a stop of the U14, in about 15 minutes one of the U12. The old apartment on the 1st floor is tasteful and spacious; every day I discovered new positive details. Everything is very clean, with a modern fitted kitchen and high-quality dishes. Upon arrival, we found water bottles, wine, apples and sweets. There were even toothbrushes in the bathroom - an all-round carefree package. You feel like you're with a relative. The garden can be shared, and there is a small grocery store nearby. Stuttgart is hilly, and some stairs lead to the apartment; with a walker it would be rather unsuitable. Communication was quick and friendly despite our last-minute booking. I gladly recommend the apartment. Thank you, Carola!

Perfect apartment for a short break to explore the area around LB, HN, SHA. Very friendly hostess, fully equipped apartment, super practical carport for car with bicycles, mini balcony to cleverly dry the bike laundry... and all in a quiet yet central location, not far from the idyllic Murr. The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and whirlpool worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there, you can look over it and clean it. But all in all it was very nice and we will come back.

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

We had a lovely stay at the place. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was neat and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.

Rarely had such incredibly loving hosts! The apartment was sparkling clean, beautiful and very well equipped - everything you need was there, but no unnecessary stuff. The hot tub was of course a great highlight for relaxing! Highly recommended!
